Gather together in the sun-soaked living room, furnished with a sectional sofa and a plush armchair. This airy social space is perfect for sharing appetizers and drinks or unwinding with a classic film on the 55” Roku TV.

Listen to your playlist on a streaming stereo system throughout the common areas.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A gas range, double ovens, sweeping countertops, and a side-by-side fridge make meal preparation simple.

Three can share coffee at the kitchen island. Serve special meals at an elegant wood dining table with six high back chairs and an eye-catching chandelier.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This three-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, tall picture windows, and a 44” TV. The en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a double vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

The ultra-private second bedroom has a twin-size day bed plus twin trundle, as well as a desk.

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. One has a pair of comfy twin-size beds, and the other has a full-size bed. The guest bathroom on this level features a tub/shower combination.

A half bath off the common area offers added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
