Perfect sister getaway

We loved this house! It was clean and very comfortable. It was perfect walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. Highly recommend - we can't wait to return!

We loved our time at the property. It had great space excellent outdoor space and the location was perfect. Hoping to rent it again next year.

Weekend Getaway

We had the best time! The house was spotless, great location and plenty of room. So close to the beach , and the pool was awesome. Will recommend to anyone heading to FL, and I look forward to coming back!

Great place to stay near beach

Great place to stay! Place was nicely renovated not long ago. Only 2 blocks from the beach away from public areas. Back yard a great oasis with pool and cabana with a fan which is a life saver when wanting to be outside and not in the sun. Plenty of amenities provided. Nick responded quickly with questions and eaay to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house! Great location!

This house is just as described online! The location is close to the beach, yet quiet! Everything is within walking distance. Walmart is close by for shopping as well! Perfect family vacation! Can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular!!!

This place looked great in the pictures but looked even better in person! We loved everything about this place! Nick was a great host and kept in communication to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Place. Would stay again

Great place, a few minutes walk to beach and restaurants, House full of amenities which was ideal for family travel. Beach toys and umbrellas. Very warm heated pool. Which is nice for winter/sprint. No car needed.

Super clean. Combination of Pool, outdoor area and short walk to beach was perfect for kids and adults - everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing Beach House w/ Heated Pool & 5-star service!

Renting at Bungalow East is a no-brainer! Bungalow east is incredibly clean and the service/communication is wonderful. There are plenty of things to do- There are games for adults and kids, there is an outdoor heated pool, and the beach its literally an extremely short walk away. The beds are comfy and the entire home was recently renovated. Would come back many times!

We LOVED staying at Bungalow East. The house is exactly like the images and the location is perfect. Short walk to the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk on the main beach road to make crossing a breeze. Beach isn’t surrounded by large condos so plenty of space. House is walking distance to so many restaurants, a playground, drug store and more. House was so clean!! I mean not a speck of dirty anywhere. Looked brand new! Beds are all comfy. Pool/backyard had lots of shade and we loved it so much we spent more time there than the beach. Tons of games, full stocked kitchen with great utensils/cooking stuff. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend this rental!

Gem of a bungalow and even greater landlord

I cannot say enough great things about this house and our month long stay at Bungalow East. My husband and I rented this home to live in for a month with our two children. We were impressed upon arrival. It was the nicest home on the block and felt new and very comfortable and inviting. It was so clean and the renovations to this home are beautiful. Nick thought of everything down to details like certain utensils you would need, incredibly comfortable beds and linens, streaming channels, a soaking tub, washer and dryer, grill, and even floats for the pool. The house is situated two blocks from the beach, which you can practically see from the front of the house. It was so amazing to be able to do morning or evening walks on the beach with no hassle. It was also so conveniently located in between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. I was most impressed by how responsive Nick was from the very moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out…he accommodated every request we had and made sure that we were comfortable and happy along the way. He was incredibly warm and cares a lot about this home, and you can tell. He takes incredible care of it himself, and even came to clean the pool every week for us. We were in this home for a month, and being away from home with two kids can be really tricky, but all of us were comfortable from the moment we got there to the moment we left, and we were honestly really sad to leave because it was such an incredible stay. I do not have one negative thing to say about this home or our experience there. It was absolutely a five star stay. We cannot wait to book it again and go back soon!

Summer vacation

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. An easy walk to the beach and to local restaurants. The area was pretty quiet and the beach was not crowded. The pool was clean and clear. We enjoyed our stay. There were tiny bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to keep all the food in the fridge. There were a lot of cats at the neighboring property that at times would smell.
