Come enjoy our cheerful and comfortable townhome located about 15 minutes from the historic Palo Duro Canyon! It's only 5 minutes from West Texas A&M University and the charming downtown square.
The home is furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining room, a living room with large TV to enjoy all your streaming services, as well as a side patio table for outdoor relaxing.
The huge Hunsley park is steps away.

Pet friendly

House was adequate, clean. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Our dog is perfectly fine to go on a leash but there was not a spot you could let your dog out.

Overall good property but somewhat dated. Clean, close in, quiet but in need of attention to some repairs. When we arrived a couple of men were working on the outside metal sheathing on the walls which had apparently been damaged a few weeks earlier (we were told by the workers) during a hailstorm Was not a problem for us but we wondered why it took weeks to get repaired. Overall it was a good place and we would consider using again when back in Canyon.

Perfect place to stay during a visit to palo duro canyon

This is a lovely place to stay if you are planning to visit palo duro canyon. Minutes away from the state park. Everything is as in the description, maybe even a little better.

Spring Break in Palo Duro

We really enjoyed our stay here during our time visiting Palo Duro Canyon. The house was a convenient and short distance from the state park, and it gave us a great base to go back and forth with our kids. The house was really nice, and the owners very helpful and responsive. We were really happy with the house and would definitely recommend for those visiting Palo Duro Canyon

Close to everything!

We spent a girl's weekend here (we are all in our 60's). This was just the place for us. Clean, nice decor, and close to Palo Duro Canyon, Walmart Supercenter, restaurants, museum, etc. There was a farmer's market on the square on summer Saturdays, so we visited that as well. Good a/c, all kitchen items provided, and thanks for the complimentary bottle of wine!
