The entire house was very comfortable. The lanai was a pleasant surprise. We spent a great deal of time in this room. The abundance of towels was wonderful. The kitchen was also nicely stocked.

We enjoyed our short stay in this lovely home. It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants and in the event you choose to cook and eat in, the equipment provided will make that easy. Svetlana and Nikola offered prompt replies to any questions we had and were great to work with.

What a great place. It's in a great location. The House is clean and all the supplies you need are there. It is decorated beautifully, and all the bathrooms are updated. Contact with the host was so easy and their if you needed anything. Thanks, we had a great trip. Will definitely rent again.

At the end of a no outlet street it was very quiet and private. The house was as advertised and better than the photos. The owners were generous with paper goods, kitchen tools and even provided a selection of coffee and tea bags.

Cute and clean in good location

This cute little house did its job while we were in Sarasota. It was clean, the hostess was very communicative and overall it felt very homey.They do have chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to take to the beach, however the chairs and the umbrellas that you put into the sand need a bit of an upgrade. The chairs were a little beat up and I was hoping they would be more beach like chairs to lay on, and the umbrella did not hold in the sand. Overall it was a nice place to stay if you are going to be touring or being outside most of the time. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Well stocked house

This was a great house. It is very well stocked and it looks exactly as the pictures show. I gave it four stars for check-in because after driving a really long way, we were told that our 4pm check-in would need to be pushed back to 4:30pm because the cleaner wasn’t finished. I understand that problems happen. It was just difficult to accept, especially with a very high cleaning cost. The host was great to deal with and we would definitely stay here if we are in the Sarasota area.again.

January in Sarasota

We enjoyed our stay at this home tremendously. It was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Accommodations matched the pictures. We would stay here again. You can reach Main Street by walking in about 30 minutes. One can catch the 77 Siesta Islander trolley at several stops on Main Street over to Siesta Key. Also, you can catch the Bay Runner trolley to Lido Beach. Legacy Trail is close, also. Arlington Park is close by. Location worked very well for us.
