Nice house overall. I would have appreciated some cleaning supplies to mop the floors and there was a bit of a funky odor that candles wouldn’t even help. But great layout and tons of privacy. Close to everything. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. First of all the location was excellent, close to downtown, Marina, Lido beach. The neighborhood is very quiet.The house was supplied with all you need! Very clean and beautifully designed. The swimming pool was a good treat especially in the morning.The host was very quick responding to our needs.Definitely we will come again!

Great location!

I stayed here with my daughter and her 2 teenage kids. We were very comfortable in this home and the pool was great. It even had beach chairs and umbrella for out trip to Lido Beach. I would recommend this vacation rental for your stay in Sarasota. Thank you for a great little get away!

Sarasota Gem

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We've been up and down the east coast this year and this place is one of our favorites. Very clean and tasteful interior. Enjoyed sitting on back patio during our down time. We will be back!.

Nice house / Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay; the house was fine and location was convenient to everything. We only used the king bed, it was too soft for us, perhaps may need to be replaced. The neighbors do play loud music, all day Sunday and into the late evening, so it is not an overly quiet location. The house was clean, well furnished and supplied and two bathrooms was a plus.

Nice house, but not nice outside...

Nice place, but the pool area was really dirty. The chairs were pretty much dumped in a corner leaving no area to sit by the pool. The patio around the pool was really dirty to the point were had to wash the floorsv in the kitchen and the decking at the outside table. Finally, the pool cleaner showed up while we were swimming... There was no notice in the rental info that mentioned someone would be coming by. If we knew we would have made arrangements to be away for the day. The pool was "shocked" by the woman who showed up and we couldn't use it for the rest of the day. The house was nice inside and was clean and we'll appointed. The outside was disappointing.

Beautiful place...loud neighbors

We really enjoyed our stay, just a few things to remark on. The bathtub mat will slide easily underneath, i fell in the bathtub due to this. The neighbors play loud music all weekend long, they did stop at 10pm thank goodness. On the lanai, my husband fell as it is incredibly slippery. No propane tank, however it was easy to get in touch with Ms Trexler who asked for me to pick up and pay for refill; which she will reimburse me for. The dishwasher did leak on the floor, however it was easy to clean up as i brought a swiffer mop for easy clean up. The pool company came Saturday late morning, so we had to get out of the pool and let the chlorine settle in. The location wonferful, the masterbed was super comfortable, love the ceiling fans, the entire house was really nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a relaxing time.

Paver Park Vaca

The house was better than expected. It was clean and well equipped. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a retractable clothes line to hang out wet swim suits and towels. The only negative was having to wait so long to get the property address. We had to wait until a couple days before we left to map out our trip (from NC). If we ever visit FL again, we would definitely stay here!!

The place was very clean. Very minimal on any amenities. You should bring your own. All comfortable bedrooms. Loved sitting outside to enjoy meals. Grill is great. The pool was freezing first 2 days finally able to get in last day. Good place.

Family stay

Picked this property so kids each had their own room. Everything was adequate, we didn't do any cooking. One thing I would say, if you have a lot of girls, there's no counter space for doing makeup or hair in the bathrooms, both are just sinks. Small living room but we spent our time outside by the pool.

Pleasant house in Sarasota

Everything was accurately described and clean. The pool was nice. As said in previous reviews, the neighbors play loud music over the weekend and the pool cleaner comes Wednesday afternoon which was a bit of a surprise. Would stay again. One suggestion would be to supply kleenex's.

Quick Trip

We came in for a quick trip to visit family and this was a perfect place to stay. Beds were comfortable though the twin on the left was missing 2 supporting slats so the mattress sunk in.
