Casa Del Sol in Vegas, offers all the comfort of home away from home. Spacious enough for a large family vacation or business trip with working space. Two-Story home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage,loft family game area,heated pool (heating fee, prior notice) & spa,indoor /outdoor dining, poolside fridge,coffee & tea bar, 55' smart TV in each bedroom, 65' smart TV family/kithcen rooms,Free Wi-Fi,hairdryers, stroller, highchair, playpen, phone chargers, computer & printer, Foosball & Infinity Game Table.

Casa Del Sol, Las Vegas House Rules
*Must sign rental agreement upon booking
* Must submit a $1000 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
*Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (which is the city of North Las Vegas
requirement) located outside of the home. Removing or tampering is strictly prohibited
and will result in a $500 fine.
*Must be at least 25 years old to book.
*Photo ID may be required after booked reservation.
*No illegal activity of any sorts. Any violation of house rules may result in removal from rental and fines up to $1000.00
*Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be
charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $1000.00.
*NO Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the
home will result in a fine of $500.00
*Even though Las Vegas never sleeps, our neighbors do. Please obey the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7am as mandated by the city of North Las Vegas. Please note there is a noise monitoring system that will indicate if noise levels exceed during these times. Any complaints or notifications may result in removal from the rental and fines up to $500
*No parties or events of any kind. No commercial use of the property is allowed at any time. Violation may result in all guest’s immediate expulsion from the property, plus a
fine up to $500.
*Only registered guests are allowed at any time. Any unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per day. Please note there is a Ring Camera, and all unregistered
guests will be seen.
*Swim at your own risk - Renters assume all responsibility for the safety of guests. Please NO diving and no glass in or near the pool. Dishwasher safe plastic plates and cups are provided for outdoor dining.
*POOL: Fee for heating pool and spa is $100.00 per day (winter months only - NOV-APR). Do Not Tamper with the pool heater. Charges are automatically charged unless requested to remove.
ANY TIME. Doing so will result in a fine up to $1000 and any costs of damages. Tampering with the spa heater will result in fines as well as additional charges of $1000.
*No open flames of any kind indoors, including candles. Please report any damages immediately.
*As you come and go, please make sure all doors & windows are locked
*No Pets - Service animals will be allowed when disclosed at time of booking. Non-Refundable deposit is required.
With paid reservation, you have acknowledged and agreed to the house rules, terms and conditions.
