This place was exactly what we hoped for! The location, front porch and deck view of the sunset and ocean was amazing. The hot tub was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The gas fireplace kept it warm and cozy. I would recommend this place to another family of four with a four legged friend!

We love this cottage by the sea! The home is comfortable and well appointed with everything you need. Beautiful ocean views, steps from the beach, a hot tub, AND it’s pet friendly! Check-in and check-out are a breeze and we just love everything about this home and the location. We have made so many wonderful family memories here and hope to make many more!

Fabulous as Usual

Second time staying at this cottage by the sea. Booked a week and didn't want to leave. The cozy wood interior, fenced back yard, BBQ, hot tub, and fire pit. It's all there: plus they allow pets. The communication was excellent with the property manager. Everything was comfortable and steps from the beach. Learned to keep the kitchen counter clean (wipe up good between meals/snacks). Little ants will come, but wasn't a big issue once we were aware. There were spices and tea on hand if you forget something. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glasses. Lovely stay at the Dillon Beach. Thanks for the memories.

I had a nice 2 day stay. The cottage was very cute, clean and close to the beach. I only have one complaint. I brought my 25 lb non shedding dog. In the ad it said dogs accepted, not Doberman or Pit bulls. When I filled out the application it did not state a dog fee but when I got home I got hit with it. Not a mere 50. as I was expecting but 75. Plus 10. Tax fee. This seemed pretty high to me. Otherwise I was very happy with the cottage and left it in the same condition as I found it when I arrived.

Well appointed

The property is clean, is well appointed with all the necessities, plus extras (spices, ziplock bags, fully stocked kitchen for cooking). The hot tub fits 2 comfortably. 3 if you’re good friends. The outdoor area is useable and lovely. Delightful views from inside and outside. Inside the furniture is comfortable and in good condition. Very easy to find, to park and to enjoy! It has a charming cabin feel, with lots of blankets for snuggling. Beds are comfortable. Can’t beat the sunset views. We will be back!
