Cette maison a les vues! Vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique, la baie de Tomales et la plage de Dillon. Trois chambres, deux bains, avec une salle de jeux. L'étage principal se compose d'un plan d'étage ouvert: Cuisine - salle à manger - salon avec 2 chambres et salle de bain. Au dernier étage se trouve la chambre principale avec baignoire, au rez-de-chaussée: salle de jeux avec un canapé-lit. Foyer au propane situé dans le coin salon hors du salon.

The views were definitely the best thing about the house. The photos don’t show how dated the property is. We determined it was like going to Grandma’s house. It was clean, just don’t look too closely at certain things.
We loved the wildlife!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The game room and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The views are amazing. The stairs going in were quite steep and as warned, slippery when wet. It would have been nice to have some kind of window coverings for the afternoon sun. I would definitely recommend this property.

As stated by previous reviews, there were pros and cons to this home. Awesome location near Dillon beach access however it was a steep hilly walk to/from beach. The house was nice & clean however a bit dated. The deck, stairs & lounge chairs needs some TLC. Hot tub was perfect. Game room was fun but did have an interesting odor. Overall a great property & fun times were had by all :) Thank you!

Rustic View Retreat

The views are spectacular and the location is lovely (steep hill and stairs tho for anyone with mobility issues). We were there as a family and truly enjoyed our time. It does need to be pointed out, however, that the home is more rustic and a bit more run down than the pictures imply. The salt air has taken a toll and not much has been updated. For the price we paid, I expected something closer to the pictures. But overall a fun place for a getaway with plenty to keep family members engaged and relaxed.

Wish pictures on website showed current conditions of property

Great viewProperty has a funky, moldy, musty and damp smell that wasn't very pleasant.Deck with hot tub definitely did not look like the picture, built in bench has a lot of rotted wood & not inviting to sit on, lounge chairs have green mold on back, hot tub jets were spitting out algae and half the jets did not work.Not a property good for movie watching, with no blinds on the windows there is a glare off the TV. There is no light over the dining room table, so need to play board games during the daylight hours.The stairs into the house not that great, very weathered and definitely not deep enough for a person with a size 10 or bigger. The stairs might actually be the worst of all the worn out items, as they appear to be structurally in terrible shape. If you have small children you cannot let them crawl around the living room due to the placement of the windows that open for air are placed on the floor with no screens.The house was clean, but definitely could use some spring cleaning and update on a few things. For instance, the coffee table is wicker and the cracks around the top appear to have collected spills and gunk that are stuck in the crevices.It would be nice if pictures on VRBO had to be updated and not the pictures when it as first on the market to rent.

Sea-renity on Oceana

This lovely spot has an incredible view! Pictures can’t do it justice. The home was comfortable and well insulated from the crisp sea breeze. We saw several deer coming through the property, a couple rabbits, and many different birds. Instructions were clear and very helpful. Would recommend!

Beautiful view

Excellent view of ocean and bay from up high. Hot tub was plus. overall we had nice family gathering on Thanksgiving weekend. Limited kitchen supplies other than pots and pan. If you want to particular item you need you bring from home. Glassware and dishes were worn out. No central heating, gas fireplace was difficult to turn on and off.They provided heater in all bedrooms.

Beautiful Views

The views from this home are beautiful. It would be nice to have blinds to pull down during the afternoon when sun is coming in the windows. Fence around the deck outback needs some repair work. It is very wobbly and not safe for little ones. We enjoyed our stay and time with the family.

A magical place with amazing view and oceanic sounds

There were four of us. All adults. The place was spotless. Early mornings deer could be spotted very close to the property. It was magical to be able to see deer walking around while munching wild vegetation. We enjoyed the amazing oceanic view and the sounds of the waves at night.

Would not recommend or stay again

No screens for windows to get fresh air otherwise mosquitoes and bugs come in, extremely hot, no option for blinds/shades on main floor, no light over dining table so difficult for family to play board games, lamp next to tv didn’t work, the bath products are just people’s leftovers, coffee bag left wide open in cabinet and not fresh, plates are extremely scratched/worn hopefully not toxic, staircase to upstairs smells funky/bad, downstairs staircase smells moldy/musty.triggering asthma

Spectacular Crows Nest Hideaway

I love off-season getaways. This one was great. We had one day of exceptional weather and could see from the surfers at Dillon Beach out to the mouth of Tomales Bay. Fantastic.
