Located in the heart of Graeagle, a work-friendly family home with vaulted ceilings, skylights and AC . The cabin is within walking distance of Mill Pond, grocery store, and boutiques. A large back deck is perfect for entertaining with a barbeque, grilling supplies and lounge chairs. A gate keeps small pets safe and secure. A front deck captures the morning sun for a hot cup of coffee. Coffee supplies are provided. The home has an open floor plan with a professional pool table and wet bar. A reliable Wi-Fi setup creates a comfortable 'office' for those who have remote work arrangements. Televisions with Direct TV and premium channels are provided in the living area and primary bedroom. The home is available on a double occupancy basis with extra guests charged $25 each per night.

Property was very clean and comfortable - close to town and shopping- kitchen had everything we need to make the majority of the meals at home- great walking area- pet friendly- hosts communicated well during the visit- we would definitely recommend and rent again.

The stay was great; we were treated very well and the house was roomy and was furnished nicely. The pool table was a plus. The weather was very nice, most days were warm and sunny, which allowed us to sit out and use the deck.

Fantastic Home and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home had all the comforts of one’s own home. The owner and property manager were great in their communication. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone! The pool table was a true added bonus! What fun!

Late Season Getaway

We enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful time in the Graeagle area. We felt at home in the house. Our host was very accomodating and the property manager made sure that we were happy. We were very pleased and would stay there again.

Awesome Graeagle home

The owner & manager were great: good communication with no problems. The location is wonderful: quiet neighborhood in the forest close to town. The home is awesome: large, cabinlike home furnished with everything you could think of. We especially enjoyed the large back deck and the well equipped kitchen. Anyone who stays here will love it. Proximity to great golf courses helps a lot.

Graeagle Trip

Great location in town up the street from the stores and pond. Very clean and stocked well. Front and back decks set up for sitting out and enjoying the nice neighborhood in the woods. The property manager and owner were very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will definitely rent this house again.

I hope you do decide to come back. We started building a new entryway to the home and it is in the final stages of painting. We try to use money from the rental to improve the home. Last year it was the AC/DC. I'll try to send a picture if possible.

Great cabin and well managed

The house is older but in great shape. The manager and owner were both in contact and offered us an early check in and check out. They were responsive and we had no issues. They're well prepared for guests and it was a great experience. There's plenty of great hiking in the area and it's much quieter and more mellow than Tahoe, which is still only an hour away. Definitely a solid find and we'd come back if in the area.

Convenient and roomy base in Lost Sierra

The location was wonderful-- very convenient to exploring the high country off the Gold Lakes Highway and the cute town of Graeagle. The property has stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it for mobility-challenged guests. It also doesn't have a hot tub, which one of my roommates thought was on the listing. But it is very roomy and has a huge kitchen with everything you could want, and even a pool table! Thank you for a great stay!

Thank you for the kind review considering our wash machine was broken' It's since been replaced. I don't know where the hottub came from and I will correct. Were you able to paint If so, I would love to see them. Thanks again for the positive review considering. They are critical.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a perfect getaway and cannot wait to return! The home was super clean and cozy. Such a spacious kitchen with room for multiple cooks, cozy reclining couch, awesome deck and outside area, and of course the bar and pool table were definitely enjoyed! We loved that the primary bedroom was separated from the other two...perfect set up for families! The fact that the cabin is walking distance to the center of town was perfect for us too. We had a great time and were comforted by the fact that the owners were an easy text away if anything came up. We cannot wait to return!

Comfortable stay in quiet neighborhood

Although the property is dated and shows signs of age, the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The home is spacious and cozy, yet it feels like you’re sleeping in someone else’s home with well stocked cupboards albeit some things looked dated and weary. They provided everything we needed and the space was perfect for our 3 generation family plus one dog. The neighborhood is super quiet yet close enough to walk to the Graeagle market and shops. Apart from the few things that need repairing or fixing, we were happy with our stay, and would consider staying there again for its size, convenience and quiet location. Thank you.
