Unwind in a comfortable home with open floor plan indoors and entertaining spaces outdoors! It is fully equipped to gather with friends and family with a pool, BBQ, giant connect four game, patio table, and long dining table. Convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, bars only 1 mile away! South Point Casino is 2 miles away and Las Vegas strip is 6 miles away so it’s close to everything!

Home is 1850 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths - 2 of which are en-suite and include a bathtub! 2 bedrooms are on the ground level (including a master). Vaulted ceilings make the areas spacious and inviting. All kitchen amenities are offered including Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board available. Home has a desk to work or school from with ease! 2 TVs available - one in living room and the second one in upstairs master. You will feel right at home in this Cozy Getaway with safe neighborhood!

FYI I am new to VRBO which is why I don’t have any reviews. However, I am a Superhost on Airbnb. great neighborhood, very outdated

Pros: the location and the neighborhood are great. The owner was responsive, quite nice, and took care of one issue we had with wireless very quickly. Cons: furnishings are low end, outdated, shabby. Rugs were old and stained; windows were filthy. Curtains did not cover some windows. Chaise lounges falling apart. Kitchen supplies are also lower cheaply end and old.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Might as well stop your searching because this was a great home with fantastic host that answered all of our questions promptly! The home was spacious and we especially loved the pool. The kitchen had everything you could need and it was located in a great area. It was a perfect stay for me and my family!! I highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Las Vegas!!

FIVE STAR PROPERTY!!!

This home was truly a cozy getaway! It had everything you could need in a home and their towels were especially great! The backyard was private and relaxing. The neighborhood was safe and everything was close by including lots of stores and restaurants. Short drive to the strip made it very convenient! Can't say enough good things about this home and Irene was a fantastic host you can tell she has a lot of experience and has been managing vacation rentals for years! We can't wait to come back!
