Quiet safe neighborhood and nice home.

The tub wasn’t perfectly clean when I checked in and some details on the listing (like there being no steps when the home is two stories) were a bit inaccurate but this home is really beautiful in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. I stayed here in between homes and Angel was really accommodating and communicative. It was pretty peaceful to just open the back door during the day and enjoy the birds. A couple things I would recommend would be hiring pest control ( a must in Vegas) a gardener to tend the property, but I didn’t complain about it or mention it so it wasn’t an oversight or something Angel refused to do. Just want to note that. He is definitely attentive and responsive to any needs. Would stay here again and recommend.

Family Friendly, Clean and Convenient

SPOTLESS! The home was extremely clean. The location was perfect for my family since we preferred to be in south Las Vegas and off the strip. The home is a few blocks from a larger intersection that had shopping centers with all the amenities you could need including restaurants, two grocery stores and a CVS. It is also an easy commute to the airport and to the strip. During the day we easily made it to Summerlin for shopping and to Red Rock Canyon. The bedding and towels were good quality and comfortable. Overall this place was perfect for my family of 4 which includes young children. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Nice home, very clean, well stocked. Great location for restuarants and only a short drive to downtown, grocery stores and national parks. Management was excellent and helped us with any needs in a timely fashion. We would have given this a five star except this is a high density neighborhood with homes built very close to each other and we prefer a little more privacy. But this type of density seems to be characteristic of Vegas area neighborhoods in general. All in all, a good accommodation and great stay.

New and Clean Vacation Rental

This house is in a great location and and is brand new. Backyard is gorgeous and the kids enjoyed the trampoline and bean bag toss very much. Those were great touches. The laundry detergent, cleaning items, personal care items were all great as well and well thought out. The only suggestions are; more light as the house is quite dark with just lamps in the bedrooms and in the living room and more dining chairs. The house is designed for 6 people but the dining table only has 4 chairs.

Plenty of room for all six.

I rented the house for my three daughters and their husbands for a week. I was only inside once to help one move in. The kitchen was very clean and cupboards well stocked with basics. There were small toys left behind and under furniture from the upstairs bunk bed room. The bunk beds were impossible for adults, but would be fine children. One daughter and husband slept on the floor since they couldn’t climb into the bunks. The master suite and bath were very nice. All three couples mentioned the bath towels could have been a better quality- thicker and larger. The location of the house was perfect for our family reunion. Stores and fast food restaurants are only minutes away. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Parking was tricky for three autos. Neighbors parked on the street within inches of the driveway. Most renters would not have that concern because the house does have a double garage. The communication with the owner was great. Angel always answered my questions promptly. The check in was easy. I felt very lucky to rent this house near Rhodes Ranch for our family reunion.

Las Vegas Visit

We were in Las Vegas to visit friends in Summerlin. The home was conveniently located so that driving to see our friends or going to the Strip was easily done. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We would come again.

We came for a baseball tournament at nearby Desert Diamonds baseball complex, this house had everything we needed. About 20 minutes to strip but we wanted to stay closer to fields. Clean house, great AC,new furniture, and nice kitchen. Also a nice yard but too hot to enjoy while we were there, Aloha!

Very clean and spacious home off the strip!

The home was everything we were looking for... a nice, clean space to feel at home in. We were looking forward to exploring the Red Rock Canyon and the Valley of Fire and we found the house to be close enough to everything we needed. Vegas can really wipe you out so having a comfortable home away from home was just what we needed to recharge. We enjoyed breakfasts outside, grilled some lobster for dinner and watched TV when we found some downtime. Thanks again for a great stay and quick response to questions!

Perfect Condo for our family

Comfy house, great location

This house is as described and pictured. In a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to lots of dining options (try Yolks and Stacks for breakfast - super yummy!). I stayed with my daughter and we visited a lot of state parks (Red Rocks, Valley of Fire), local parks (Exploration Point), and also Zion National Park. We briefly visited the strip for the rides at the top of the Strat. House was clean and comfortable and spacious. Host was helpful throughout process.

Great property minutes away from Summerlin and Red Rock Canyon.

This property was a fantastic stay for five people and one infant. The property was quiet and clean with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and not feel cramped. The backyard is a big space with a trampoline, cornhole, and a good amount of turf. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Great Property

Visited Vegas for a baseball tourney and wanted to stay off the strip. This place was perfect for everyone. Plenty of room and super clean for wifey. Some toys in the backyard and plenty of tvs for the kids. Close to golf for me. Close to stores for groceries. Easy access to major roads made travel around town easier. Great neighborhood. We felt like locals. We had a blast. We will definitely be back soon.

Clean, honest & fair

Angel and the property were amazing. Great location that is perfectly located close to shoppes and grocery stores. Fully stocked kitchen, great back yard and extremely clean property. Feels like home!

The property was spotless; everything you need was provided; the backyard was huge - which was a plus for my kids who loved to play. The entire place is thoughtfully presented for the short-term traveler. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
