Great location

This place was great to get away from the excitement of Vegas and unwind. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable! I definitely recommend staying here!

Henderson stay

We enjoyed our stay at this rental in Henderson. Very clean and the whole booking and check in process was easy. The house had everything our family needed. Conveniently located in Henderson near stores and not that far of a drive to the airport. I would highly recommend and stay here when we visit Las Vegas again.

Great place to stay

Was very relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway and shopping. The home had the essential things for our stay. Would definitely stay again. Management was quick to respond with any questions. Easy to work with. Thank you Allen for allowing us a relaxing stay during this difficult time for our family with my Dad’s passing.

Anniversary get away

Initially, we intended to stay in a hotel but due to some miss management on our part…there were no rooms for the dates we needed. (Big Music festival weekend) In the end, I am happy we ended up here instead. The property was gorgeous and extremely clean. It had everything my husband and I needed for a relaxing get away. It gave the hotel experience but had the privacy and comfort of being in your own home. The host was also extremely attentive. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Nice neighborhood, clean home

This home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the freeway. Something that isn't changeable is the landing at the bottom of the stairs, which is right at the front door, then, it turns and drops another step down. This can be an issue when going down at night, or for folks that don't do good on stairs. The sound from the TV travels to all bedrooms. We found a couple broken items and let the owner know, hopefully those will be fixed for the next guests. Otherwise, all was well and we enjoyed the stay.

Just ok

This property was just ok. It served its purpose but honestly there was the bare minimum to make it a comfortable stay. We literally had one towel per person for a four night stay. 2 wash rags for 4 people and a very serious financial penalty if you used one of the wash rags for anything practical. No extra blankets or pillows. Nothing extra. There was also some confusion during check in. We were given check in information for the wrong place that I had to ask about in order to get it corrected. We were also sworn to secrecy that we were using VRBO to rent the place, should any neighbors ask. Seemed a little shady to be honest and made me think that the place probably shouldn’t be used for rentals, maybe due to HOA rules. Overall, this place was just ok. Would not book it again.

**THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW** First off, the house is beautiful.. the online post advertised two working showers. That was not the case upon arrival . 4 people trying to use 1 shower was very inconvenient. I reached out MULTIPLE times to the host 24/7 line and received endless excuses about a technician coming to check the shower & fix it. The host didn’t provide enough towels & wash clothes to accommodate guests until i reached out about those items. I asked in advance if they would be able to have a birthday banner since we was celebrating my friends day. Gave the impression that it would be there upon arrival . This experience would’ve been better if the host actually took the time to communicate better. They had so many rules & i was talking to more than one person through their establishment. The only plus side they did was refund a portion, but the miscommunication made it frustrating

Everything was great! The actual process of trying to book the house was a bit tedious with lots of back and forth messages with the host, including them requesting our social media usernames which I thought was odd, creepy, and a bit unprofessional. However, once we actaullly were able to book the place, the house was awesome. Check in and check out process was simple.
