Great beach house! Features four (4) bedrooms. Each room has two double beds, air conditioning and private bath. You will have a full staff available during the day who will keep the outdoor areas clean. You will have a cook who will prepare your meals including breakfast (breakfast is included in the price !), lunch and dinner (you provide groceries, the ladies will cook and serve your meals and all you need to do for dinner is heat and serve). Daily room cleaning if desired, if not rooms are cleaned every three days. You will have a dedicated nightwatchman along with security cameras. The property has a pool with deck and sitting areas, downstairs lounge area, upstairs balcony, and a common full bathroom. With a group of eight, the per person rate breaks down to $35.75 per person before booking fees. Great value for the location, amenities, and service that is included.

Playa El Tunco is a surfers beach that regularly hosts major surf competitions, including the 2021 Summer Olympic Qualifiers. The location has always pumped consistent swells and features two perfect right hand breaks just a few yards from your front door. The area averages 3-5 foot swells at high tide, producing nice right hand breaks and normally features double OH waves on most days during the months of May through July. When the wind is offshore, you get nice barrels.

Bus route to La Libertad provides you with easy access to groceries and sundries. Taxis can be had for $10 for local trips. Airport runs are $40 for pickup and $40 for drop off. We have a partnership with a shuttle operator and they can provide you with all your transportation needs while you are here.
