We had a great experience here. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I stayed here with my family and everyone enjoyed the pool area the most. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for nice and safe area to stay.

Very accomodating

We stayed a total of 10 days and loved the closenest to everything. The Groundskeeper Jefferson was the best always available if anything was needed, but yet, giving enough privacy.

The beach is beautiful.Beds are hard and there is no warm water . The beach path has a lot of trash

Great place for a big party but need to improve on beach cleanliness and accommodations.

Muchas Gracias por su comentario Karla. Comentarle en relacion a nuestra estadía en nuestro rancho 1. Tenemos en rancho recien amueblado y las camas estan en perfectas condiciones 2. No poseemos agua tibia ya que la zona es de clima tropical 3. Mantenemos limpieza diaria dentro del rancho. En los alrededores de la playa en temporada de invierno la misna naturaleza saca todo lo que se arroja al mar. Agradecemos su visita y nuestra parte nos comprometemos cada dia a servirles mejor.

This house was awesome very clean, Ally and her team were wonderful. I would call them to order breakfast and lunch and the food was fresh and delicious. Great customer service.

The communication was fantastic. Every day the pool was cleaned early AM, the beach access was amazing. Great waves to play in on the beach. The rooms were clean and the house was spotless. We stayed for 8 days. The host has the best cleaner ever. She swapped linens out mid stay. (She asked if we wanted them more often.) She did our personal laundry for us when we asked if there was a laundromat we could go to. Great recommendations on local food. I could not recommend this house more for an amazing vacation!

There’s almost nothing negative to say about this place, everything in the property was good, clean , service good we really liked the place, but there’s only one thing that I will like to mention, the road to get there is in terrible condition I wish all owners do something to fix the road and everything will be perfect, but thank you to the personnel and to the owners Manuel.

Beautiful Cozy Family Ranch

We loved the place!! Very cozy and spacious. AC in each room was the best! Plus, every single room has its own bathroom, The outdoors patio with the hammocks was the best because you can enjoy the breeze from the sea, and they are so comfy to take naps. The pool was amazing, super clean thanks to Jeferson that cleaned it every single morning! He is the BEST!! He was always there if we needed anything. Private access to the beach was so convenient. Also, I want to thank Ali for cleaning the house, the bathrooms, the patio and she changed our beds sheets 2x in a week. I really recommend this place, also if you don't feel like cooking you can always order food to be delivered either by Jeferson or Ali they were so amicable and helpful in our stayed. Mr. Manuel all I can say is that you have the BEST personnel in your rental house.

Cozy, private, and very well taken care of! We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this cozy and private beach house. The space was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and everything worked perfectly (AC, fridge, stove, etc.). No issues at all. A special mention to Lilian, who greeted us and took great care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication with her was top-notch. She even came to cook for us a few times and helped coordinate food deliveries from a restaurant they recommended. Her support made a big difference in our experience. The only downside (and this is something beyond the host’s control) is the beach area right in front of the house. There was quite a bit of debris, and the city could definitely make more of an effort to keep it clean. We’d suggest being cautious when walking barefoot. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place and plan to return :)
