Savor locally grown coffee on the balcony as you watch the sunrise.

Grab your surfboard and walk right out onto the beach. There is a great surf break right in front of the house as well as multiple legendary, world-class surf spots within 5-10 minutes drive (Punta Roca, Sunzal, La Paz). If surfing is not your thing, head out for a walk along the beautiful, sandy beach that stretches for miles.

The sunsets from the property are breathtaking and you won’t want to miss them. The evenings after sundown are a great time to hangout by the pool under the light of the moon.

If you would prefer not having the stress of preparing meals and doing the grocery shopping, we also have an amazing cook available for hire. Let us know if you would be interested in having our very own Chef Rosa prepare meals for you during your stay.

Tom is a wonderful host. Theresa, Rosa, and Oscar were also so helpful and welcoming. They were ready and willing to help in any way needed. The house is clean, spacious and beautifully located in front of the beach which gives off a cooling breeze. It was 9 of us in the house 5 adults, 4 kids ages 8-12 and there was plenty of room. The pool and grounds were kept vey clean during our stay. The house is conveniently located just minutes from a main shopping strip that has most things you’ll need during your stay. We highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful vacation

We spent a wonderful week at Soul! Everything was as expected and more. From the friendly and easy communication with the owner to the excellent service received from the care taker and her family. Thank you Tom for letting us share your beautiful and spacious home and thank you Teresa and your family for being such and excellent and friendly people. We all had an unforgettable time in El Salvador.

Absolutely Amazing and Perfectly Located!

We apprehensively booked this property for our first ever visit to El Salvador and boy, did we hit a home run! I had a much more in depth review written but quickly realized that I was out of the allowed number of characters so will have to submit this much more concise one instead. This place is incredible!Communication with the manager was the best we have ever had on VRBO-from booking through checkout. He would check on us daily via text and gave great recommendations on restaurants and activities. Thank you! The property caretakers are super kind and attentive and seemed to just magically appear to open and close the property gate when we were coming or going. The place was spotless and as modern as it looks in the pics. The grounds are stunning and the pool is amazing. Located right on the beach, a short 100 yd walk up the beach from the rocks in front of the house and you are on a wide open, black sand beach where the waves are ideal for surfing and body boarding (which are both available to use for free at the house). We had a blast on that beach!Less than a mile away is a brand new shopping area with a very nice grocery store as well as other shops. Anything you would need is right there. The drive from the airport is simple and the nearby towns of El Tunco and La Libertad are right nearby.El Salvador’s transformation is real. We felt safer walking around downtown San Salvador than we do walking the streets of Kansas City. We are definitely coming back!
