Listed as a top vacation rental by Conde Nast Traveler in 2021, this spacious 5-bedroom waterfront home by Eastward Ho Country Club in North Chatham gives you access to a dock in a protected area for swimming and three private neighborhood beaches- which are gentle and perfect for children. This home was made to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family- enjoy morning coffee by the rose trellis on the Adirondacks and sunset cocktails by the gas fire pit on a spacious bluestone patio. Kitchen is updated with a Viking gas stove/ oven. There are two large dining tables in the house, perfect for a clam bake! 5 minute drive to Chatham Bars Inn, Wequassett Inn and Main Street. Enjoy all that Chatham has to offer with the space and tranquility of a waterfront home. Booking Sat- Sat, for seven night stays in the peak season. Long weekends fine / different pricing in the "shoulder season." Feel free to reach out regarding flexibility during the off season.

Please note linens are not included due to limited cleaning crews on the cape- we recommend The Furies Linen Rentals.

Comfy Chatham Gem
Loved staying at Finest Hours; the home was clean, comfy and in the most ideal location - central to all the things we love to do. Using the home as our home base as we took our daily excursions was just perfect. It was also kick off to Football season so having optimal seating to watch the games was also super important. Chris and Beth were also super to deal with. Cant wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Lovely home with scenic view
We enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous views and watching the sunset from the patio. Even though the weather was not always cooperative we enjoyed our time in this Chatham vacation home. Highly recommend! Great for groups.

Great family vacation
Beautiful spot for a family gathering! Spacious rooms and a large kitchen table that we enjoyed for family game nights. Our 17 month old grandson loved playing in the front yard and enjoyed seeing the boats and seagulls from our vantage point. Great location for everything Chatham has to offer!
