Soak up the sun while enjoying the lush outdoor space at our waterfront home, Queen’s Quarters. Bring or rent a kayak or paddleboard as you have direct water access or unwind on the deck looking out for swans or our friend, the Great Blue Heron. From your morning coffee to evening cocktails, the alfresco dining space is suited for anyone at any time of day. Queen’s Quarters is multi-level with a finished basement providing ample space. Since dogs are part of the family, we consider pets.

A great stay in Chatham
My family vacationed for a week with my brother-in-law’s family at this wonderful home. The set up is perfect for two families, or one that desires some space. The house itself has all the supplies needed for a great stay, from kitchen supplies to beach chairs. Also, we enjoyed spending hours relaxing on the many decks with that great view of the pond. The location of the home is excellent too. Just a quick drive into town. Lastly, communication with the home owners couldn’t have been better. Thanks for the great stay!

Great week in Chatham
We loved the location of this property. The pond was beautiful and it was great to drink your morning coffee on the deck. We had easy access to the bike trail and it was very easy to walk down to main street where the shops and restaurants were. The house had been updated and was very clean, charming, and cheerful. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts could not have been more helpful and we appreciated that. Overall, a great stay!

Our time here was fabulous. Check-in was clear and easy. Home is laid out great for two families. Kitchen well stocked. Whole house is nicely decorated but minimal to make it easier to deal with our young kids. We enjoyed the pond everyday especially after spending the day at the beach. Location is convenient to all the Cape has to offer. Check out process was simple. Ben was always available and offering any help needed. Just a great place to spend time while on the Cape.

Spacious Home for 3 Families
1st family that arrived texted "stunning"! The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished, comfortable for up to 10. Everything you could want was provided for our stay to make it super enjoyable for all. Located on a beautiful pond/lake. Flowering gardens surround the home. The owners are very responsive. Very happy that we chose this home. It couldn't have been better.

Welcome to the Queen's Quarters listing - Emily and Ben are happy to be your hosts! Both of us are from New England - Ben is from Yarmouth, ME, and Emily is from Boston, MA - and we currently live in Massachusetts. We have been married for 6 years and have a son, Hunter, and can't wait to grow our family. The Cape & Islands are close to our hearts - we even spent our honeymoon here!
We love spending time with our three dogs, renovating our historic home, and spending time by the ocean. Even though we both have full-time day jobs, we make sure we are available to answer any questions you may have prior to booking or after booking. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
When we first visited this property, we knew it was the one! Even before we entered the home, we were greeted with sparkling water views of the pond. We also really appreciated how many windows the backside of the house has to make ensure these spectacular views from multiple rooms - the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and even one of the guest bedrooms (that has direct access to the porch!). Our favorite thing to do is to wake up early and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the porch and watch for the Great Blue Herons, plus any other waterfowl that enjoy our pond as much as we do.
Since family is very important to us, we are happy that this home has many bedrooms, bathrooms, and a finished basement making it perfect for us to all be together, but also have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our own time.
Additionally, since we love to be outside, we can get into town and visit the beaches easily, plus the bike trail and other walking trails are less than a mile from our home. And if we don't feel like going anywhere, we know we have our own slice of heaven right in our backyard with ample outdoor furniture and lawn games.
