Relax and unwind at Mira Vista 20! Beautifully updated oceanfront condo on the white sandy Playa Costa Azul Beach. New king bed, 55" Smart Roku TV, air conditioning, UV water filtration system, fast WiFi, washer/dryer in unit and grill. Enjoy the morning sunrise from the luxurious patio chairs overlooking the pool and beach. Great spot to watch the whales migrate or the waves crash. No need for a car, Mira Vista 20 is an easy walk to numerous restaurants or a short Uber ride to downtown. True oceanfront paradise!

Mira Vista 20 is located in one of the most sought after locations in San José del Cabo. Enjoy spectacular ocean & beach views from the luxury patio chairs and table. A perfect spot for your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. During whale migration season you'll be able to see breaching whales from the balcony - we leave binoculars for your use.

This condo has been thoughtfully appointed with a new King size bed, 55" Smart Roku TV with built in apps for your favorite subscriptions, fast fiber optic WiFi, washer and dryer in the unit, air conditioning, luxury linens and towels and just steps to the white sands of Playa Costa Azul Beach. A full kitchen with a UV water filtration system, a convection oven/microwave, stovetop and kitchen essentials, plus an outdoor grill will make this a home away from home whether here for several days or weeks. Mira Vista 20 also offers a queen size pull out sofa bed.

With the beautiful beach just steps from this condo, you'll enjoy having beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your personal use. Also, the pool is heated with numerous lounge chairs, tables and chairs to enjoy.

A rental car isn't necessary at Mira Vista 20 - downtown San José del Cabo is a short & inexpensive Uber ride with numerous art galleries and top rated restaurants. The San José del Cabo Art Walk on Thursday evenings is a must! You can also walk to numerous restaurants along the beach from the Mira Vista condominium complex. Several grocery stores are also within a short Uber/taxi ride. While there is free on-site parking outside the main gate, parking is limited and first come-first served.

Mira Vista is a quiet, boutique community that offers serenity and relaxation. This is a truly special place to relax and unwind. This is not the right fit for those looking for a loud party atmosphere. Our hosts were WONDERFUL! Thank you Tim and Melissa!This property was truely great for its unobstructed sea views and relaxed, quiet community. The pool was the perfect temp, and the sound of waves crashing ashore put me to sleep every night. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some peace. Its location made catching an uber or cab very easy, and there was a convience store and two restaurants within walking distance. The UV light kitchen water at the property is worth its weight in GOLD. Water can be expensive and inconvenient to haul back to the residence. This upgrade saves time AND money.

Tim and Melissa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay in their nicely furnished condo. We especially appreciated the fluffy towels, Roku TV, well-stocked kitchen (coffee maker with pods, filtered water, newer pots and pans, nice glasses...). We enjoyed spending time on the patio and swimming in the heated pool. When we had a question, Tim was quick to respond with a helpful answer.

A Nice Place to Stay

Really nice and quiet place with daily views of the whales. Right on the beach with pool available.A good sized complex. Not crowded at all.

We are surprised by the 4-star rating as Marlena reached out to us about renting our condo for a month next year. She did have trouble figuring out how to use a coffee maker and TV, so maybe that offset her enjoyment of watching the whales. She did say "sitting here with my glasses of wine overlooking the ocean, I realize how fortunate we are to be part of this beautiful world."

We stayed at Tim & Melissa’s for two weeks and wished it was two more. Short uber to everything you need. Walk to several eating spots. Lay on the beach and fall asleep to the crashing waves. Heaven.

This was a very special place. Very clean and well appointed. The complex is small and quiet which was very relaxing. The property grounds are beautiful. The best is the view and sitting out on the deck for coffee and watching the sunrise! Tim was excellent to work with and we will definitely return.

Mira Vista 20 is in a small complex, right on the beach, with terrific views, a great pool and grounds, and excellent accommodations. In our opinion it's a much better option than the big, expensive hotels and resorts. Everything you need is right here.

Great Place to stay in San José del Cabo

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Mira Vista. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach is fantastic. We didn't really cook other than making eggs for breakfast, but the unit looks like it has everything you would need to cook anything you want. The pool was great, and nicely heated, not something you get at many places in Cabo. We had no complaints at all. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

A quiet, wonderful oceanfront location.

We had confidence in this unit the moment we communicated with Tim & Melissa. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. All aspects of our rental was easy and efficient. The condo is exactly as pictured. During our 2 week stay, we spent hours on the balcony watching the whales and other marine life splash around just offshore at daybreak and sunset. Great spot!

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Tim and Melissa's condo in San Jose Del Cabo. The location is phenomenal! The photos in the listing are 100% what you get! The condo was very clean, the bed was so soft and comfortable especially after a "strenuous" afternoon at the pool. LOL The other owners/guests were very welcoming and spent time answering all this Gringo's many questions. We did not rent a car and used Uber and it was a breeze. Thanks so much Tim and Melissa for the wonder visit. We will see you again!!

Peaceful and beautiful

Excellent for a quiet scenic escape. Fish lady comes Friday upper parking lot noon-1pm, EXCEPTIONAL deals. Condo was great and the bed is brilliant, we are buying one now it was that comfortable!!! Lock box key pad accessed by opening condo screen door not neighbour box as we noticed you could get confused as mentioned in listing. Pool,bbq/AC/standup fan/stove patio furniture all great. 20 min walk to LaComer grocery store or short Uber. Great tacos under the bridge underpass that accesses condo. Hosts and Barb were super!!!!! Residents very friendly but give you privacy. We will definitely book Tim and Melissa's great condo again. We LOVED OUR 15 NIGHTS and wish it was much longer.

Welcome to Mira Vista 20, our condo in San José del Cabo.

Mira Vista is a secluded beachfront community on one of the most spectacular coastlines in Los Cabos. Situated on Playa Costa Azul, you will see some of the best waves and surfers in all of Los Cabos. Our boutique community prides itself on being a quiet and relaxing beachfront paradise.

Mira Vista is a small development with just 39 condominiums. The units are privately owned and not time shares. The lush tropical grounds provide a peaceful tranquil vacation.

When not enjoying the pool or beach, Mira Vista is close to town, restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, surfing and more. Zippers Bar and Grill is a favorite local hangout just a short walk down the beach.
