This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Sea Pines villa is ideal for location and style! The main living level hosts the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access your private patio just off the living area. The patio is outfitted with a table and chairs for four and has a gas grill. Upstairs on the 2nd level are the bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has two twins and a private bath. This property does not have a pool membership.

Located just steps from the Harbour Town marina you can stroll the pathway around the marina, shop, dine, and lounge by the famous Liberty Oak. Also within walking distance is the Harbour Town Golf Links where the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is held. The location and the upgrades make this the perfect villa for your family!

Beautiful Condo! Even better than the photos. Well equipped and great location.

We could not have been happier with our Harbor Town condo! 10 days and we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. We were steps away from everything. This is a great property.

Great Location!

Very nice townhouse located in Harbour Town, convenient to everything! Great outdoor patio with barbecue grill offering lots of privacy!! We will definitely be back!

Love HHI location

This is the second time we stayed at this condo
and we love this location. Conveniently located for walking to Harbor Town and biking to the beach. The condo furnishings are beautiful and clean. It’s a very comfortable place to stay!The master bath is small and the shower door is hard to maneuver behind the entry door. The mattresses could use an update but overall a good stay.

The condo in Harbour Town was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and updated and in close proximity to everything Harbour Town has to offer. Check-in and check-out was easy and the communication from Vacation Company was excellent. Really appreciate not having to go through the tedious departure cleanup normally associated with vacation rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Harbour Town Rental for families!

I stayed here for 8 nights with my husband and two young children and it was a great setup for a family with young kids. You are close to all of the Sea Pines amenities and there is so much to do. It comes fairly well stocked with dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. There are no spices or basic pantry ingredients—so do plan accordingly. Wonderful rental—we will book it again!

Comfortable and convenient

Stayed here to attend a conference at Sea Pines resort. Perfect location. We played tennis at the racquet club across the street. The patio was delightful. The AC was not working when we arrived, but fixed immediately with a call. Starter packets for kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were a nice touch. Comfortable beds. Clean and quiet.

Good Location

The townhouse was as pictured. The location steps away from Harbortown. Our only issue was with the parking, the bike rack was beside our parking space and we kept getting blocked in by bikes, all the other spaces for the block of units were always full. The ice machine was broken but the Vacation Company brought us ice when we asked.
