Wonderful first floor flat townhome with great lagoon and golf views. Spectacular location with easy walk to the beach in Sea Pines Resort. Enjoy the view from the back porch or ride bikes or enjoy wonderful beaches. Huge open living room with very large sunroom with lagoon and golf views. Kitchen has been updated with granite counters and nice appliances. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite full updated bath with walk in tile shower. Guest bedroom has two twin beds with full updated bathroom. Living room has foldout couch allowing for six people to enjoy a family vacation near the beach. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 67 Fairway Lane in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Sea Pines Resort offers over $200 Million in amenities with three championship golf courses, world class tennis facilities, miles of shaded bike paths and beautiful white sandy beaches. Beautiful condo in a perfect location, with wonderful views of a lake, a bridge & 4 alligators on a great golf course. Very clean except for master bedroom carpet, the maintenance man attempted to clean it, but it really needs steam cleaned. A couple of other issues, but they were addressed quickly & taken care of. I would definitely recommend this condo for its location in Sea Pines & for the peace & quiet I so desperately needed.

Weeklong Vacation - Sea Pines, Hilton Head, SC

The inside of the unit was spacious, neat and tidy. The unit was also centrally located in Sea Pines, which was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and the pool. The landscaping in the back was very well-cared for; however, the front entrance was a bit messy and could have used lawn service care and attention (more mulch). A major issue with the unit was the master bathroom and only lukewarm water in the shower. The second bathroom had hot water in the shower, so this should be checked on and corrected. A minor issue was also the lack of sufficient number of hangers. For a week's long stay, it would have been more convenient to have more hangers in each bedroom and in the front hall closet. However, overall, it was a nice unit and decorated well for comfort.

Excellent Location

Excellent location in quiet, beautiful surroundings. Close to all of Sea Pines amenities, short and easy walk to beach. Wonderful view of golf course and all kinds of wildlife. Very comfortable beds and seating. Newly redecorated.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was a perfect location (close to the beach and a nice bike ride to anywhere in Sea Pines). The home was lovely, with a ton of natural light and a beautiful view out back. We would absolutely stay here again.
