Windsor Island Grand Retreat- Florida Custom Disney Theme Villa FREE Heated Pool

thank you

Hi Jon! I'm glad you enjoyed your time at the pool! Hope to see you again!

Thank you for your great review! We’re so glad to hear the home worked well for your large family—hosting a group of 19 is no small feat! We appreciate your suggestion about an additional refrigerator—that’s very helpful feedback, especially for larger groups who enjoy cooking in. And you’re absolutely right, many guests are out exploring the parks, but it’s always nice to have the option. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re really glad to hear the home was a great fit for your extended family and that everyone had plenty of space to relax and enjoy their time together. It’s great to know the pool was a highlight and that the location made your trips to Universal and Disney easy and convenient—that’s exactly what we aim for. We also appreciate your note about communication; we always try to make the experience as smooth as possible from booking to checkout. You were wonderful guests, and we’d be happy to host you again anytime. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear your family had such a great vacation and that the home met your expectations. It’s great to know the pool was a hit with your grandkids and that you were able to enjoy all the community amenities like the lazy river, slides, and mini golf—those really do make the experience extra special. We also appreciate your kind words about our team and communication, and we’re glad any issues were handled quickly. Thank you as well for the suggestion about adding plastic cups for kids—that’s a great idea and something we’ll definitely look into. We’re honored to have been part of your third family trip and especially glad to hear it was the best one yet. We’d love to host you again anytime!
