You will love your stay in this 8 Bedroom x 6 Bathroom home which provides a heated pool and spa. BBQ grill is complimentary. The Home sits on a wooded conservation lot with no rear neighbors for peace and enjoyment as we understand the value of a stress-free vacation and we’ve thought of the details to make your vacation a wonderful experience.

The house was GREAT! Exactly as the pictures described. The only complaint..The lights around the pool and hot tub never work the time we were there. The pool guy came on our last day but they still didn't work.

We loved all the little extra amenities they supplied in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. They had the cups we needed for the resort area, since we cant bring our own cups. Pool was nice and warm at the house, with plenty of pool toys/floats. Only complaint about check in is we all arrived staggered. So there was things we didnt notice within the first two hours of arrival. One thing we didnt notice until last day, there was no iron for ironing board. We did like how secure the neighborhood was, we felt really safe with strict sign in process. The resort area was nice, alot to do. Only negative was the constant whistle blowing by "lifeguard" not sure what else to call her. If a 2 yr old was walking fast she blow the whistle. So needless to say the whistle was blown constantly with all the small kids that were there. Everyone in our group was really impressed with the size of the house. We didnt even use the upstairs living area. We loved it was far enough away from busy orlando area but close enough to get to the parks and had plenty of stores and restaurants within 5 miles from the neighborhood. Any issues we had were taken care of. Only thing we would change is to upgrade the shower heads with stronger water pressure, for the ones of us who have thick hair. The house was plenty big enough for 20 people to feel comfortable. We only had 13. We all said we would stay again!

We had an amazing experience. We arrived a few hours before check in time and were able to use the community pool and have lunch. The house was spacious for 7 adults. Multiple tv’s allowed for everyone to be able to relax in the evenings watching what they chose. The pool was a favorite spot to relax and spend time together. The only thing that drove us crazy was the motion sensor lights in the bathrooms that would blast light at you in the middle of the night. After two nights we solved this issue. Definitely recommend!

The house was great. It is very clean and looked just as good as the pictures online. I was notified ahead of time all of the check in procedures and had no trouble. We definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with their family. It is perfect!

Family reunion

Our large family had a reunion of 70 people and we rented 8 homes on the property. The actual reunion was held at a park that was 5 minutes away, very convenient. This house was one of the nicest. Not a lot of “extras” and add-on’s we had to pay for. Great place. Will definitely rent this property again.

This was
.fine. The house was mostlyclean but there were a number of maintenance/management issues that felt like death by 1000 paper cuts. -The door to the back patio (and pool) didn’t lock. We had 10 small children in a home with a door leading to a pool that didn’t lock and it took over 48 hours for them to fix it. -A pipe under the kitchen sink was leaking, forcing us to keep a bowl under it and empty it frequently until they got around to fixing it.-They provided 11 beach towels for a home that slept 20. After 2 days of swimming and not having enough towels to dry the guests, they finally delivered some towels with Walmart tags on them. -There were 6 bath towels provided for 20 people. -The pool toys closet was full of moldy pool toys and water toys. -One of the bathrooms had a significant amount of black mold on the shower curtain.-The air hockey table needed the legs to be tightened. We had to ask the kids not to play with it for fear they would break it. -There were several broken dresser drawers.-3 random screws were found on the ground in the pool area.-The living room coffee table was so rickety we moved it out of the main living space for fear of a child breaking it.-The fridge was far too small for a house that holds 20 people.I’ve never spent so much time speaking to management about issues when staying at a VRBO. NUMEROUS calls and messages were exchanged over the first 3 days we were there. It was not how I wanted to spend my vacation.

Great place to stay with my whole family!

We absolutely loved our stay here! There was 11 Adults and 8 children from ages 1-8 and fit us great with extra room! It was a great location from Disney Parks, and had plenty to do on days we didn't go to the parks! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

The vacation home was beautiful and extremely clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the private pool and Spa. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation home.

Property was great and as advertised. The pool the hot tub, the common area pool area were all fantastic. Only two issues to report. We could have used more glasses to drink with as well as the cleanliness of the baseboard areas. Knee-high to the floor need to be addressed as it looks dirty.

. But watch the fine print.

Loved the house and pool it was so amazing. However, according to the check in packet it says. Guests are required to do a walkthrough of the home immediately upon arrival. Guest will have two - (2) Hours after the arrival of the first person that enters the home (electronic records will show access) to notify us of any damages, uncleaned areas, any other issues they find. Thereafter, it will be assumed that any issues reported / found was as a result of the guests staying.“Because of this statement there were things we found after the two hours but for fear of being charged for them we didn’t report. Thinks like a moldy shower curtain, many outlets in the house did not work, and yes we checked the breaker box. The pool and hot tub keys didn’t work correctly which if the pool was serviced once a week they would have seen that. The internet was not working and we notified the host who did not return our messages and we called the numbers on the packet. Someone came from the utility company but had no idea why it didn’t Work and left. I would stay again but have learned that we need to check outlets, shower curtains and the pool to make sure they are all working.

Beautiful house with something for everyone

We came for a weekend at Epcot. The location was perks for a quick drive to the park. Lots of good options and a grocery store are right down the road. The house had a perfect layout for large groups. The hot tub and pool were perfect after a long day in the park. Although we did not get a chance to sue them, the community pool looks amazing. There was even a lazy river. The host responded quickly to any issues we had and overall I highly recommend.

Beautiful house and resort

This house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful guest friendly house. Very well equiped and clean. Nicest pool area of all the VRBO houses we've stayed at. pool, hot tub were very warm. Enjoyed activities at Clubhouse. Will return! 10 out of 10 VRBO!

The best house for our family

We stayed 13 nights with a family group of 10 and loved the house. The included spa/pool heat was much appreciated! House had everything we needed and everyone had a great time relaxing after playing all day. Highly recommend this property for large groups needing a big house.
