This house was amazing for my friend’s bachelorette get together. There’s more than enough room for everyone and the back patio is great. I love a private pool in addition to the resort amenities.During our stay there was an internet outage which was a bit difficult since service was spotty but this is not something the host could control and we remained in communication. Checkout was easy as the host doesn’t expect anything unreasonable. I would absolutely book again.

The check in is horrible but the place and facility is great. Staff does everything to move line swiftly but the wait is still horrible. If having other visitors not traveling with you to visit please make sure names on your guest list. Other then that place is fantastic.

Everything was very nice. There was a delay with check in and the home was not finished being cleaned at the 4:00 pm check in. The cleaners did not leave until after 6:00pm. The laundry was not correct for the house. The house itself was lovely and big for a large family getaway. The communication from the host was very good. Great for a Disney vacation! We did not do the Disney parks and used the resort amenities . Loved the community pool and restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Since we did not do Disney, it was a longer drive to some of the Orlando activities we did such as Gatorland and the Orlando Science Center.Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great property! The host was always prompt with my questions. The pool was perfect after a long day at Disney World! The only down side it the check in to the resort, the security team getting the cars checked in and getting parking passes is about painfully slow and un orginazed, but once thats done everything is absolutly perfect!

Although his was not our first Spring Break spent in Florida, it was out first time at Windsor Island Resort! The house was just what we needed for our group of 11 and we even had more space than we needed! We weren’t expecting there to be so many pool toys for the kids to play with so that was a huge bonus! The check-in/out process was simple and made it very easy!
