Simple, clean apartment in an excellent location. Walking distance to tons of shops, bars, and restaurants. Also close to the water. It’s pretty big for a studio, kitchen is kind of a separate room in a nice way. This place is great if you just need somewhere clean and convenient to sleep in Newport.

Perfect spot to walk to sites and restaurants. I felt like I lived in town and was immersed in the local life. Had what I needed for my short stay. I liked the backyard area to sit and drink my coffee. Arranging parking was easy when the other guest checked in (he was very polite, so that helped). I'd stay again.

The Vrbo was right downtown and we could walk anywhere. The parking at the place was super convenient and easy. You do have to communicate with the other neighbors about the parking arrangements sometimes but they are highly responsive!

Perfect location and parking spot a huge bonus. Studio was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing elaborate which was exactly what we wanted. Great value for location.

The place was as advertised and the pictures very accurate. With that said, there is very little storage space for clothing or bathroom items. We made it work but some storage and shelves in the bathroom would help.Location can not be better for Newport. Everything is in walking distance.Would stay here again.

I stayed here for 8 days, solo traveler and first time to Newport. I absolutely LOOOOOVED this little condo that’s in a historic home. It is in the best part of town! Can walk EVERYWHERE. I didn’t have a car with me. Ubered to the mansions. I came with two 50lb bags and was able to store all my clothes on the clothes rack with a little creativity. The place is darling, super comfortable bed, Amanda was fabulous to communicate with and I was able to easily extend my stay an extra day. Would absolutely stay here again. You can hear people come into the other apartments but that never disrupted my sleep or anything like that. Thank you Amanda!

Location was PERFECT. It was wonderful to have all of the famous and popular Newport food spots so close and even the Cliff Walk was within walking distance. We never used a car while there, just an uber from airport and back. The VRBO is inside a cute historic house with a couple different units. We could hear the other tenants sometimes coming up and down the steps as the steps and front door of building are right outside the apartment door. But other than that we couldn’t hear anybody. Would recommend this space for a solo or couple trip as it was perfect for a little weekend trip.

Cute, Clean and Close to Downtown

We were attending a wedding at the Bohlin and were able to walk to and from the venue. The welcome get together was at the Brick Alley Pub, which was right around the corner. Property was as described. Thank you!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Great location and exactly what my fiance needed for a short weekend in Newport. While it is a studio, there is plenty of space between the two rooms (bedroom and kitchen). The back patio was an added plus that we used as well! And can't beat the dedicated parking space. My one complaint is that the bedroom is right off the main road/sidewalk so it was pretty loud during our stay. We live in downtown Boston so are used to the street noise but I understand this may be bothersome for people looking for a more quiet spot.

I’ve never once left a review on anything. I think it’s usually a waste of time and someone is gonna stay where they want to stay anyway. This host was so bad it broke that habit and belief for me. Everything was pretty good in terms of check in and proximity to local attractions. I reserved the place for about 5 weeks for work. I had an immediate family member die so I left my reservation early. While I’m planning a funeral I’m also communicating with the host who lied to me about the cancellation process. The host is completely capable of canceling from their end and to my understanding I believed she did. About a month later I check my statements and saw that the full charge remained. I messaged her and she said that Expedia/Vrbo required that the person reserving the place had to cancel. Fast forward a couple weeks later I called the help number these guys low balled me but ended up getting me almost all my refund. The host didn’t respond to their calls and also had no role in getting me the refund. I was only asking for a refund for the time I wasn’t there of course I have no problem paying for my time there. Anyway bottom line is that the host tried to scam me so just keep that in mind when reserving.
