PARKING
The carport spaces are assigned with one allotted covered parking space per duplex unit. There is also uncovered parking onsite as well on a first come first serve basis. Please be courteous and do not block the carport area or park on the grass.

EARLY CHECK-INS

We know, everyone loves them and they are so convenient to getting your vacation started!

We also need time between guest checkout and your check-in to make sure everything is sparkling clean and ready for your stay. Therefore, early check-ins may be granted upon request but are not guaranteed. If an early check-in is desired, please just send a message letting us know and we will be able to notify you of the available early check in time on the morning of your arrival.

We do our absolute best to get you settled early if we can and ready for your stay!

Borrowed home

Cute home. Comfortable well equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for our stay. However, there were couple roaches present nothing too harmful. Overall it was nice.

I loved this place! It was clean and has a big backyard. The only thing was that I wasn't aware it was a duplex. Other than that, I recommend this place!

VRBO STAY

Our stay went well. there were a few things that could make it better; 1) the guest bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, 2) the master bedroom shower is missing the soap dish holder; 3) the master bedroom bathroom towel holder is missing. I believe that when I signed up the listing included private full baths for the two of the bedrooms and a half bath for the 1 bed bedroom; wasn't so. I clearly did not check the list well and did not see that the bedrooms are all upstairs which prove difficult for my wife and for me to an extent. Next time I will check closely for living room level bedrooms. Anyway, thanks. This is offered as an opportunity for the improvement of your space. Summary, we enjoyed the stay.

Nice duplex

Very clean and updated duplex. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had updated appliances and was well equipped. The living area was large enough for our group and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were upstairs. The master had a full bath. They have a charcoal grill in the backyard patio area that we used. It is a huge backyard but needs some work. The host was very nice.

Finally!

We have traveled to San Antonio several times because we have family that live in the beautiful city. One of our biggest issues is finding a hotel near their home. There are none! This rental was about 10 minutes away. It was close to Walmart, CVS, Wingstop, and the 99 cent store! From the outside the place doesn't look amazing but when you walk through the door, be ready to be surprised. It is extremely noticeable that the owner has spent a lot of time and money creating a welcoming home for her visitors. Every single room is well thought out and creative. The only thing we would have liked to see in better shape was the backyard. There were several piles of logs and sticks in the backyard. If we did bring a dog or a small child, that could have definitely been an issue. Also, with the weather change, it may be time to spray for little critters. Again, this place was perfect.

Hidden Gem

The inside of this property was spotless, with a modern Boho decor which was delightful! It was so well done I took pictures to inspire me in my own home. The huge backyard was perfect for our pup to run in. I do want to note the property is located in an older area and many surrounding properties were in disrepair. However, the owner has a monitored alarm system that added to us feeling safe. She was incredibly pleasant to work with and has really done well transforming the inside of her property into a fun, chic atmosphere.
