The Place:
This stylishly-furnished, new-build is just 5 miles to Randolph AFB. Our beautiful and modern 3 bd, 2 ba home, built in December of 2022. It's nestled in an older neighborhood with quick access to Loop 1604, I-35 and Loop 410 and only a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Ask about our FREE parking pass by the San Antonio Riverwalk @ Arsenal Bridge before booking.

The Space:
This listing is for the entire house. It does not have a ramp to get inside the home but it is a one story home.
This unique rental features all the modern amenities with white cabinets, quartz countertops and brushed gold hardware throughout the entire home. Spacious kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, stove top/oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Keurig for coffee.
Fast WiFi included. 65" in the living room and 60" in all the bedrooms.

Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, scooter, Uber/Lyft and walking.

You should not go to any other nearby home at any time. Please only park in the 2 designated driveway spaces, the garage or directly out in front of the house.

Great home rental

We stayed in this home for 6 nights, and everything was perfect. This brand new home had everything we needed, and was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, even spices to use. If staying in San Antonio again, I would be happy to stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

My wife and I traveled out to the San Antonio area to enjoy spring break with our grandsons. This property was convenient to their home in Converse. The home was very clean and met our needs perfectly. We had no issues while staying at the property and the host was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet, working families and we had no issues with any residents. Families were out walking their kids, or working in their yards, a very pleasant community!

Bumpy start, happy ending

The house is really cute in an older neighborhood. Perfectly centrally located just between our San Antonio destinations (six flags) and Schlitterbahn in new Braunfels. Upon arrival the house was hot, but the property owner was available for communication and fixed the problem.

Great Family Property

This is a new house in an older neighborhood. While one set of neighbors were a little sketch & noisy, the others were quiet and kept to themselves. We had no major issues. The house was clean and had most everything we needed. It was also very easy for us to get to BAMC (18 minutes) to see our son-in-law. We would have no problem with staying here again.

Nice, new property would stay again!

The house is new and the furnishings are nice. The beds were really comfortable compared to other places I have stayed. The neighborhood is older which isn’t necessarily an issue and as others posted one of the neighbors may be a little sketch with a bit of traffic coming and going but we had no issues and even with the traffic and being out late we never once heard them. We stayed two weeks and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during the stay. Overall out stay was great and we plan on booking again in a few weeks when we are back in town.

Pleasant Newly built Vrbo

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Haus while exploring San Antonio. The house is very new and pleasant. It has an extremely well stocked kitchen and fresh, pleasant bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The air conditioner kept the house nice and cool. It was extra nice to have a garage to park in too. The host was excellent to communicate with and replied quickly to my messages. The only down side of the property was the neighbors which is entirely out of the host's control or responsibility. As another review mentions the neighbors on one side of Emerald Haus are sketchy. Both nights we stayed, there was very loud music coming from the neighbor's house and many cars coming and going all night long. People were parked in front in the middle of the street. Guests of the neighbors were hanging out in the street in front of the house yelling to each other and smoking pot. It made us feel unsettled at night. As I said, this is out of the host's responsibility and the Vrbo property itself is extremely pleasant and well cared for. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay at Emerald Haus!
