As a Middle Tennessee State University alum and Tennessee native, we wanted to create a space that feels both functional and stylish—most importantly, comfortable.

Our goal was to break away from the cookie-cutter short-term rental designs common in the industry, offering a home that feels thoughtfully curated and inviting.

We hope you enjoy your stay and find both comfort and inspiration in our space.

Just 30 miles from Nashville, Downtown Murfreesboro offers historic charm with beautifully preserved architecture, bustling streets, and a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
From quaint boutiques to lively bars, there’s something for everyone. With regular events and festivals, the area has a vibrant, welcoming community that draws both locals and visitors alike.

Living room: The living room invites you to relax on an elegant leather couch or in plush armchairs, all illuminated by natural light from the beautiful plantation shutters. Enjoy a movie on the 55-inch SmartTV or choose from a selection of board games and card games for a fun evening in.

Kitchen: This space flows seamlessly into the recently renovated kitchen, which features a convenient coffee bar and a unique workstation sink that makes meal prep a breeze.

Bedrooms: Rest peacefully in one of two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a solid wood King bed, a walk-in closet, and a private workspace. The guest bedroom features a stylish Queen bed crafted from rich acacia wood, complete with its own closet and dresser.

Dedicated workspace: For those working remotely, the dedicated workspace in the main bedroom includes a desk, chair, lamp, a 32-inch monitor, and keyboard & mouse. The interest is high speed.

Bathroom: The well-appointed bathroom is stocked with essentials, including a hairdryer, toiletries, and luxury towel bath mats. For laundry, a high-efficiency Electrolux stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main bedroom.

Porch: Step outside to the peaceful screened-in back porch. Furnished with a cozy loveseat, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors in comfort.
