Modern Tiny House

Modern clean tiny house located in the quaint Village of Au Sable Forks. Walking distance to town. 30 minutes to either Plattsburgh or Lake Placid. 20 minutes to Whiteface. Tiny House is 240 sq. ft. but holds a kitchenette, modern bathroom with tiled shower and futon for sleeping. There is also a screened sleeping porch for warmer weather. We do not have cable TV but do have wifi. You can log in to Netflix on the TV.

A quiet home camp for outings into the Adirondacks. Very clean, very well thought out, cozy and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay at this adorable tiny home. I would absolutely stay here again

Great short getaway.

The tiny house was adorable, place to stay, clean, had everything needed for your vacation. Great location, for easy driving for sightseeing several area. The host was also very helpful when needed.

Perfect little getaway!

I was in NY for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! Clean, quaint, and in a great location for entertainment and relaxing - I was so impressed!

Perfect Tiny House!

This house was perfect! It was very clean and cute, also a great location. The property managers were very helpful and responsive! If you’re looking for a cute getaway in a great area, stay here!

Country Retreat

The calm before the storm. Nice place to relax before a hectic weekend in Lake Placid watching Ironman. Small but perfect for 2. Nicely outfitted. Easy to find. Great area for hiking and exploring and certainly much more reasonable than a hotel stay in Lake Placid

The house was was in brand new condition and thoughtfully set up. The host was awesome and responded instantly. The driveway was huge, allowing me to easily turn my pickup around. I can't think of anything to critique

A great stay at “tiny house” Very clean and tidy. Unlimited hot water via Ranai instant hot— great shower after a long hike with oodles of fluffy warm towels. Good proximity to lots of hiking and to Lake Placid. Nice tV. Futon was comfortable and blankets were warm. Outdoor screened in sleeping area looked fantastic— but it was a bit cold and rainy , so did not get the pleasure. Hot plate, microwave, and dishes available. We accidentally broke the fridge trying to defrost— and it was replaced the next day with fantastic fridge for our ice cream. Hosts were lovely, friendly, responsive. 5 stars for them! Would stay here again. Thank you!!

Perfect small home for us

The home was just as described and was just right for the two of us. It was clean, fresh, and well laid out with everything we needed on hand. A great little back porch and screened in area too. Robin was helpful and friendly and responded quickly when needed. Close enough to all the wonderful sites and trails and views of the area.

Great spot!

Excellent little place! We stayed for a few days looking to be near Lake Placid and it was a great location. The bonus for us was the free EV charging station just a four minute walk around the corner. But we loved the little private yard, screened in porch, and everything we needed inside.

Lovely place

Cozy, Modern, Clean

This was a return trip. That should say a lot. The place is perfect, the owner responds immediately and you can turn a semi in the driveway. Everything is is thoughtfully laid out and for those who just never want to go back inside there is a sweet screen house to hang out in. I'll be back.
