Perfect COTA Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay in Austin for the Formula 1 race! Close to the track, yet the opposite way of traffic from COTA, super cute and clean and had everything we needed! Neighborhood is quiet and wonderful, and the hosts were super helpful when I had a package delivered. Will be staying here every year we come in for the race, assuming it’s available!

Perfect Place

The rental was perfect for my wife, puppy, and I to visit the Austin area. It is located near downtown but you did not feel like you were close to the downtown area at all. The property manager communicated everything that was needed for us to arrive without hassle and the rental is exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and plan to stay here again if visiting the Austin area in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is one studio as described in the listing. We came for a race weekend at COTA, and it worked out very well. It is located close to the track and there was very little traffic. If we were to come to COTA again, we would definitely consider staying here. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were concerned that we were here airplane noise from the airport, but we heard almost none. The studio was clean, and had a sufficient variety of utensils in the kitchen. It was very comfortable for two people. The property is located in the Easton Park development, which is a newer development and restaurants are starting to come into the area. I can recommend this property.

Fantastic stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! Excellent location for getting to and from the F1 races at COTA each day. The place was SUPER clean and seemed larger than the pictures. The roll away bed was super helpful! We enjoyed the coffee maker and water bottles in the fridge - super helpful and thoughtful! The neighborhood was so family friendly and safe! We took walks daily and the park around the corner was lots of fun! We will absolutely stay here again when in the area! The host was super helpful and sent suggestions of nearby things to do while we were there. Thank you again!

Amazing VRBO close to the city and gracious hosts!

Matt and his wife were exceptional hosts! My wife and I stayed at the rental for a little over a month and had an amazing experience. The place was so comfortable and spacious for a studio! The kitchen is fully stocked, we didn’t need to bring anything of our own. There is plenty of closet/storage space and a very convenient parking spot below. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place! The neighborhood is quaint with lots of trails and close to downtown!

my sister and I really enjoyed staying here, we both said upon arrival "I wouldn't mind living here.". The neighbourhood was very nice and we felt safe the entire time, even going on short late night walks. Kitchen was clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was super comfy. No complaints here!

We love to travel and there is no better way to travel than staying in a vacation rental. We have lived in Austin for years and we never get tired of showing friends and family how amazing this city really. We are excited to share this city and this amazing place to stay with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this area in Austin and we were fortunate enough to build this home in 2021. We had the option to build an apartment over the garage and we knew that was exactly what we wanted to do.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You get the benefit of being so close to so much but the feel of being in a beautiful spacious community with trails and you will love!
