Bella Riva 103 was the perfect spot for our family vacation. So many 'extras' that made our stay more comfortable. 7 adults and 3 children and plenty of room. We will definitely use this unit again next time!

Everything was beautiful. The view was spectacular and a dream to wake up to everyday. The unit was very spacious and had everything we needed. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily was wonderful!Would definitely come back!

Great Family Unit

Stayed for family vacation with 7 adults and an infant. Unit is spacious and nicer than pictured with excellent beach access. We travelled to Destin for most activities but loved the quietness this resort offered. Unit was clean and well kept. However, kitchen drawers/cabinets need a good cleaning. Property management provided clear instructions and check in/out were super easy. All in all a great stay and well worth it!

Beautiful condo. Beach view is amazing from the large balcony. Unit had everything we needed. The unit comes with a beach umbrella and 2 chairs set up for us each day—loved that we didn’t have to set that up each day ourselves. Highly recommend Belle Viva.

This condo was great for my family. We have stayed in many condos on Okaloosa Island and this was our favorite so far. It is extra roomy inside and on the balcony. It was beautifully furnished with all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. We will stay here again!

Exceptionally well appointed condo at Bella Riva 103 with unobstructed ocean view has made our visit a complete delight! Condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. Family vacation

We stayed in unit 103 at Bella Riva mid October. The complex was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. We really enjoyed the condo itself and found it super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and had high end appliances including a giant gas stove. 10/10 would stay in the complex and this unit again.

Great beach front condo!

We were two families, total of 4 kids (aged 6-10). The condo was clean and very nice. Climate control was great, the balcony was spacious and had a great view. Very short walk to the beach. The pool was a little small, but that’s the only thing that wasn’t top notch.

Belle Riva 103

Our second stay at Belle Riva. We love it! Amazing condo. Great family atmosphere. Beachfront views are fantastic! Condo is large and spacious. Master bath is incredible! Beach access and shower is perfect. Only whine would be the pool is a little small but still very nice!

Great Condo!

We had a great stay. Condo is large, clean and nicely appointed. Great ocean views with nice, large porch. Had no problems and no reason to need maintenance but there was always staff around and they kept the grounds, walkways and even garage spotless. Had some rainy day so only thing that would have made the place better was a smart TV so we could access streaming services.

Upon arrival we were blown away by the spacious and beautiful condo. Our view and access to the beach was more than ideal. I instantly booked our next year trip with Sunset Rentals with the same condo. Beds were very comfortable along with the living room furniture. The decor was very up to date and provided comfortable seating for everyone. Management was extremely quick to respond and very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Perfect for your family!

We absolutely loved one to staying in unit 103! It was perfect for our family with three king beds and a kids bunk room. The kitchen was amazing and filled with some of the nicest appliances. The furniture on the balcony was really nice and comfortable. It was new to the rental world so there were a few kinks that needed to be worked out like a shower door needed to be reinstalled, lightbulbs were needed in a few places, and the bunk bed needed a little TLC. We can't wait to come back to this condo this year!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is stunning. It is beautifully furnished, and the view is amazing. However, please be aware there are several items that are broken or not as shown in the pictures. Specifically, one of the shower doors is only half there. When we requested maintenance, we were told they were not going to fix it. They said it was “functional”, but it was extremely cold for the person taking the shower. Everyone at Sunset Resort Rentals was fantastic, and our entire rental process was very smooth.

Our condo at Bella Riva was wonderful! Furniture and beds were so comfortable. Such easy access to the beach! Unfortunately there was a lot of June grass in the water the whole week we were there. But we still managed to have a great week at Bella Riva!
