Condo was exactly like the photos, very clean, right on the beach and loved the beach service that was included. Pool was kept clean daily and there was easy beach access. The condo was very comfortable. We had an odd mix of people and would have liked to have had bunk beds in one of the rooms. The master bath was gorgeous! Loved that all the cooking gear was there and had a pantry that we could leave our extra things for the next person. The only set up I would change is the entry to the master bath. There is a door to enter and then the door for the toilet that open right next to each other. A pocket door for the entry of the bathroom itself would alleviate that issue. We made due with the way the bedrooms were set up, we had a slight change in family that ended up coming. I knew the set up when I booked. The weather got better and better each day. Overall we had a great time, no issues with contacting the owners. Beautiful views, easy access, and a property cat that was lovely.

Great property with excellent beach and everything we needed!

We came for a family vacation and a danceCompetition at the convention center. The location was ideal with great beach access. The condo was well stocked- our chef son prepared an amazing stuffed snapper with the fish they caught and we alsoPrepared an Italian buffet meal to share with our neighbors. There were plenty of cooking supplies to accommodate that. Cleanliness is a must for me and that was very good as well (pool was especially clean). We will return!

Beautiful condo

This condo has some nice upgrades and a great layout! The only critique, is the master shower has a strange slope to get in and out of it. The slope was sometimes slippery but also water runs right out of the shower and we had towels down constantly to soak it up.

A great get-away location

The whole process for renting this condo was very easy. This was our 5th year here and it is definitely our favorite condo. There is plenty of room for 2 families. It is a very well stocked condo with lots of little extras to make the stay more comfortable. Highly recommended!

This vacation was amazing!!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and in a great location. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. We have been going to Ft. Walton for several years and this is by far the nicest condo/complex we have stayed in. The pool/hot tub were clean and not overcrowded. We cannot wait to go back!!!!

My husband and I first visited Okaloosa Island in the fall of 2020 with friends and we immediately fell in love with the Summer Place Condo's! We were amazed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear blue waters and stunning sunsets. We live in Wyoming but look forward to spending as much time as possible in Florida (especially during the cold Wyoming winters!) We hope you enjoy your stay at our Condo, and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo unit is very spacious and clean with plenty of room for friends and family. The pool area is family friendly, and the beach is very inviting.
