Perfect girls weekend

Absolutely wonderful! This was our second time staying in this condo. From the cleanliness upon check in to the close proximity to the pool and beach, everything was perfect! We’re already planning out next trip and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!!

Owner has taken great pride in this property. Beautifully decorated, and supplied with anything and everything you could possibly need. Having the walkout balcony to the pool is a huge plus with small kids! Couldn’t ask for better! We have rented from them several times and never once had any problems! Highly recommend!

Spring Break

Everyone loved the property, plenty of space, clean, and convenient. The walkout to the pool/ocean was amazing. The gated security was a very nice feature. If we come back to the area we will look to book here again!

This condo was the absolute best we’ve been to! The first floor makes it so convenient. It was quiet, clean, and had everything you could want in a condo. We had the an amazing family vacation and can’t wait to come back again!

Family vacation!

Blu was great! It was spacious, modern and clean! We enjoy the fact that we could walk straight out to the pool. It’s a smaller unit condo so you don’t have to worry about a heavy crowd. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We travel to Okaloosa a few times a year, the BLU is one of the nicer properties on the Island and we always enjoy our stay.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Blu. We loved that we could walk right out to the pool and ocean. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Restaurants and shopping were all a very short drive away. Ginny was very responsive to our questions and available if needed.

Very nice condo for big family or group!

Very nice and pretty condo for our family of 7. Has everything you need! Close to pool and beach access, grocery/restaurants. Ginny and Tammi were wonderful to work with! Hope we can work it out to stay again next year!

Loved this condo!

This place was perfect! We all felt right at home. So convenient to be on the first floor with easy access to the beach and pool! Also, there is a hot tub, which was a nice bonus. There were lots of fun beach and pool toys as well. Very kid friendly. We had such a great time and will be back!

A GREAT Family Vacation!!

We recently stayed at Blu and had the most wonderful time! The condo is absolutely amazing and is so large it fit 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably without issue! Having the direct walkout access to the pool is such a great feature with having little ones! It allows us to still enjoy the sun and the pool while they nap since we are so close with the monitors! We stayed here 3 years ago and each time has been perfect! Ginny is so great to work with and very responsive! We appreciate letting us stay and create lasting memories with our kids and family! Fantastic new condo

The condo is one of the newest on the island and is very beautifully decorated. Ginny was very helpful and communicated well. We come to Okaloosa often and will definitely rent again.

We love this development! Have stayed twice now and both times were fantastic! Easy pool and beach access and super easy with small children to be on the ground floor with a pool right off the back patio! Love it! We’ll be back!

Awesome Place!

Wonderful place to take a vacation. Just far enough out to feel remote, yet close to everything. The property is beautiful and convenient. Great being on the first floor to walk right out to the pool and beach. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for everyone to have space of their own. We had seven in our party. Definitely would visit again and stay here.

Amazing Stay!

Loved our stay so much! First floor walkout was ideal with lots of kids including baby. Quality of patrons at condo made it so enjoyable. Pools were fantastic and beach was clean and beautiful. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. Cowhead and Stewbys were our favorites. Condo was clean, well stocked with amenities, roomy for our group of 10 and Ginny was responsive and wonderful to deal with. We will be back!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great time at the beach!

Everything was so nice! The place was well appointed and had all that we needed. Beach access was so easy and having the 2 pools right outside the apartment was wonderful. I worried that we might hear the pool activity inside the apartment, but those doors are heavy and must be soundproof because we didn't hear anything. We had a lovely time and would consider staying there again!

Perfect!!

Every single thing about this property is perfect! The owners are so sweet, the management team that cleans was amazing and kept us up to date the entire day of arrival, very clean unit, and just perfect for families with kids. We never wanted to leave. This is our second time at Blu and we hope to keep coming back.

We are the Youngs and live in Franklin, Tn. We have a 11 year old daughter and a 6 year old little boy. We came to Okaloosa Island 10 years ago on vacation and fell in love with it. We decided to purchase a condo at Waterscape and have really enjoyed it. And then we found Azure!!! Wow! And lastly, we purchased a condo here at Blu and it is our favorite.

After seeing the design of Blu and seeing what a peaceful and quiet property it was, we had to be apart of it and decided to make the move and buy a unit. Since we have small children, we were looking for a ground unit and saw 106 and knew it would be perfect for our family. It is steps away from the pool and hot tub, as well as steps to the beach! What an amazing place to get to spend family vacations each year, while creating many lasting memories with my children. We are so blessed to get to share it with others! Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
