Pemberly House is an updated home with two bedrooms in a split-bedroom layout. Located in a cozy neighborhood with well kept streets, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Centered between Robins AFB and I-75. Both only a 10 min. drive!

Near a variety of shopping and dining options only a few min. drive: Target, Cracker Barrel, Five Guys, Chipotle, Walmart, Taco Bell, Starbucks & more!


House Rules:

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the house.

NO PARTIES or EVENTS: There is a zero tolerance for loud parties and events. You will be asked to leave immediately.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests (including children). Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

PETS: Pets are allowed when approved by us. Pets must be house trained and do their business outdoors. Pets must be crated when left alone. Chewing or destruction of furniture will result in a damage fee.

TV/Roku: The TV has a Roku stick with apps ready to use. Just sign in with your own accounts. Please note that cable and satellite channels aren’t available.

PARKING: The garage and driveway are for guests to use. Do not block neighbor’s driveways or park on the grass.

TRASH: Please dispose of trash and bagged pet feces in the outside bin.

SAFETY: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Lock the front door by pressing the X button on the keypad. Your door code will only work between the check-in and check-out times for your stay.

APPLIANCES: Ensure all appliances are off when you leave the property.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGE: We understand things may break by simple usage. Let us know so we can replace it for our next guest.

FURNITURE & DECORATIONS: Please do not rearrange furniture or decorations. If you need to move something, return it to its original place. Please do not take anything outside the property (towels, blankets, plates, etc.).


CHECK-OUT INFO:
- Check out is at 11:00 am.
- Load used dishes in dishwasher, start cleaning cycle.
- Place bath linens in laundry baskets. Leave wet linens on hooks to dry.
- Remove and toss personal food items in fridge.
- Toss trash from kitchen and bathrooms in outside bin.
- Leave garage door remote on table inside.
- Turn off lights and lock all entry doors.
- Notify us of your departure.

The house is in a great, safe neighborhood. Cozy and well-appointed. I appreciate that we were able to use the garage as some short-term rentals do not allow that. Especially when we awoke to snow on Sunday!

Outstanding Host – Highly Recommend!Saralee was an absolutely wonderful host. She was extremely attentive, communicated clearly and promptly, and was always friendly and accommodating. The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained, with clear instructions for everything, which made our stay incredibly easy and stress-free.The neighborhood was beautiful and conveniently located near many great amenities, making it even more enjoyable. At one point, we needed to extend our stay, and Saralee truly went out of her way to help make it work for us. We really appreciated her kindness and flexibility.Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend staying with Saralee and would gladly stay again in the future!

Great place

Everything was great! House is so cute and clean . Love the yard and that it’s fenced in, so my dog definitely loved that. House was very close to my sisters house which was also a plus.

Love Pemberly House

This is our second time staying here. We love it. It’s so clean and cozy. Loved that my dog feels comfortable there and that it has a fence. Another plus is that it’s so close to my sisters house. Love that there are treats for the dogs and coffee and treats for us. It’s a great place and we hope to stay again.

cute little house in Georgia so much bigger inside.

Beautiful home in warner Robin's GA . Has everything you need ,or tons of restaurants just down the block. Peaceful neighborhood right in the middle of town . So much to do there or just relax out in the fenced in yard with the dogs. Decorated so nice too Someone has great taste.

Very nice!!

The house was very clean! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Less then a mile to a ton of restaurants. We were able to bring our big dogs and the backyard was perfect for them. Highly recommend!

BFD Thanksgiving!

The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Even had some coffee pods, creamer, a couple sodas and gatorade in fridge for us to use if needed. The master and 2nd bedroom are seperated well if you need the extra privacy. Honestly the only thing I have to say that wasn't great was how tight the toilet is to the tub in master bath. We definately would stay there again!

Perfect stay

Our stay was short only one night but it was perfect! The house was spotless, exactly as portrayed online and beds were comfortable. Great location for restaurants and shopping! Saralee was a great host, great communication! The back fenced in yard was enjoyed by our pups after a long drive and Saralee has special touches such as dog bowls, towels for the pups for baths, and even snacks for us! Will stay again and highly recommend!

Immaculate and Convenient

Pemberly House is a meticulously kept home with a convenient location that is also dog-friendly and has a fenced-in yard. It fit our needs perfectly. The host is accessible should you need to reach her, and she has considered every detail in this lovely home.

Trip to see the Grandkids

My husband, son and I came to see his kids this weekend and attend a school play. It was immaculately clean. There were little things that made us feel welcome like treats for our puppies and kcups for the Kuerig machine. Our pups loved the back yard, and we enjoyed watching them play from the covered patio. Just wish it were screened in though as it did have the framing. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect in Every Way

The house was perfect in every way for a week’s stay. I had been driving for two days and was anxious to just get there and be able to relax. The house was so beautiful, clean and welcoming when I walked in the door. The owner goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The beds we’re comfortable with very nice linens and pillows/ perfect for a great night sleep. I don’t understand why anyone would stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home and then some, in this lovely house! Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful!

Awesome Location & Cute House!

The primary reason we chose this house was because they accepted pets. I was concerned that the house appeared smallish in the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was and the backyard was PERFECT for our little dogs! The fence didn't have any holes or gaps where my little dogs could escape. The house is very well kept and the beds were very comfortable. And the location is wonderful! There are numerous restaurants blocks away - yet the neighborhood is very quiet and you don't feel like you are in the middle of town. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. I highly, highly suggest this house!!!!

Quiet Residential Nice Stay

My family of four (kids 1 & 4) and two medium-large sized dogs drive from Indiana and stopped here on our way to Florida. I was nice, clean and quiet which was great for us. We had a good stop and sleep. Lots of food options nearby. Very pet friendly. Fenced in yard (6 ft privacy). Had a dog bed, treats and water bowl available. King bed was very cozy imo.

I guess I would say my second love is Georgia; the hot summers and history! I live in Byron with my husband and our furbabies. I run a small soy candle company, and I enjoy playing tennis.

The home is in central Warner Robins, near shopping and dining options within walking distance: Walmart, Taco Bell, Starbucks.
Take a 2-minute drive to a variety of other shopping and dining options: Target, Cracker Barrel, Five Guys, Chipotle, etc.

Our guests are welcome to park in the single-car garage. The driveway in front of the house is long enough to fit a vehicle with a trailer attached.

The entire home, completely fenced backyard, driveway, and single car garage are available for our guests to use.

We would love to have your pet stay with us too! However, they must be approved before booking. Please, ask us about our pet fee.

Pet Rules:
- Your pet must be strictly house trained and do their business outdoors.

- We ask that while you’re away from the house, and cannot take your pet with you, to keep them in their crate.
