This quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is just a few yards from a public beach access point where you can just grab your chairs and go! Sandwiched between North Breakers and East End Condos, this home has a vintage cottage feel with fresh updates. You will not be disappointed! There is ample parking for 3-4 vehicles and extra possible parking at the public access. Upon entering the home you are in a large, open space which combines the kitchen, living and dining area, great for all the family to gather while cooking or just relaxing. A glassed in porch adjoins, providing yet another living space complete with a twin daybed with trundle. There is plentiful outdoor space for either dining or lounging around the small kidney shaped pool with lush landscaping. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach or after pool time.

The master bedroom has a king bed and guest rooms have a queen and two twins. Each bedroom is furnished in a cozy style décor and has a television.

Small pets are accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Perfect getaway

Great location, perfect house. Was just a short trip - if we were there longer would have liked access to washer/dryer but with a short trip it was great.

Great location, easy walk to beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. Convenient location on the island with an easy walk to the beach. The house is clean and includes everything needed to enjoy your time here. Everyone agreed we would stay in this property again.

Enjoyable Visit

Close proximity to the beach. The pool area and back yard were wonderful for relaxing and family time. I do wish the air worked better, AC had a hard time keeping up with summer heat. Overall, we had a great time.

Prime Location

The home was PERFECT for our family of four. The yard was beyond gorgeous with a perfectly sized pool for those afternoon drinks in the sun. The home was exceptionally clean. The only downside was the size of the master bathroom- super tiny shower for a grown man. The stay was perfect, memorable, and fantastic. We will be staying here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Location of property to the beach was fantastic! Our little dogs loved running around in the fenced in backyard and hanging out with us at the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The master bath was quite small but provided nice storage for toiletries. We will be back next summer!

Enjoyable stay

The house is cozy and just what we needed as a family of 5 and our small dog. An extremely short walk to the beach. The pool is smaller that it appears but was fine. We had an issue with the chemical levels in the pool for the first half of the week but the property managers did all they could to have it corrected. Over all enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Charming beach cottage

Great location and perfect accommodations for our group. Love the open floor plan & decor. Appreciated the welcome basket! Wished there were more blankets & pillows, especially since we utilized the daybed on the sun porch. Gave 4/5 stars only because the water pressure is terrible which made showering difficult, especially if two people were showering at the same time or if someone was using the sink/washing machine.

Perfect St.Simon Spot!

This property was as perfect as it seemed in the description! Super close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. The house was charmingly decorated and super clean, and the backyard & pool was a haven of it’s own! We had one minor weather related issue that was addressed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again! (also, there is a washer/dryer - saw a previous comment that said there wasn’t)

Nice property

Well stocked with kitchen necessities, within close proximity to the beach. Roomy living space and bedrooms. I do wish the air worked better but the fans in each room did help with that. The summer heat was so high that the AC had a hard time keeping up. Take your own towels as there was not enough for the whole week. Also recommend taking cleaning products if you want to clean kitchen counter, stove, etc. Close to down town area. The kids loved it! The pool area and back yard were amazing and wonderful for relaxing, cornhole, and family time.

Great cottage, the pool and backyard are wonderful. The cottage itself is great, but there was no washing machine as it states.
