Great place to unwind and play. This is a modern home with a screened-in illuminating Lanai with a gas grill and outdoor dining. We are just a few minute's drive to Beaches, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Golf courses, parks, Preserves, boat launch, restaurants and shopping centers. 90 miles of bike trails start right out the front door.

Best stay we’ve had in Florida thus far. Hosts were very response, house was clean and well supplied. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly and well kept. Without a doubt we’ll be renting again as long as it’s available.

Wonderful family getaway

Beautiful Cape Coral getaway

This home has everything a person/family needs. Nice to have beach chairs and coolers for we flew to Florida. The backyard and pool made for very relaxing evenings. For us short people almost needed a step stool to get in the main bedroom bed. Haha! Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Oasis

Wendy is extremely responsive. Home is super clean & has all that you need and then some! Even had enough toiletries and paper goods for the entire week's stay! Outdoor shower was a plus when returning from the beach to ensure that we didn't track sand in the home. Super private with lush greenery providing a tropical oasis in pool area. Had pool toys, cooler, beach chairs & towels. Conveniently located. I would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to hopefully returning!

Beautiful House

I have rented numerous properties in Cape Coral and this was the best so far. It has everything one would need. Wendy was always quick with responding ti any questions I had. Would definitely rent sgain.

Great Home and Pool

Two weeks in this lovely comfortable home was wonderful but not long enough. The pool was exceptional with plenty of deck chairs and lots of great floating loungers. Amenities in the house made our stay extraordinary but the pool was best by far over other places we have stayed. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. One of our best experiences in many years of travels. Highly recommend!

Excellent holiday home - would very much recommend!

We had a great stay in this holiday home. First of all the host was great - available to answer questions and very service minded. They had even decorated the home for Christmas which made us feel extra welcome. The house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area and the house looks just like the pictures. Clean and nice! The heated pool was used a lot by the kids and there were toys they could borrow during our stay. All of us enjoyed our stay and if visiting the area again I would book it again! Can warmly recommend anyone who considers visiting Cape Coral to book this holiday home and enjoy your stay!

Amazing property!

We loved everything about this beautiful home! This was an adult only vacation and we had no plan’s except to relax and this house made it the perfect week! The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and we just relaxed on the lanai, which was totally private, the entire week. Thank you Wendy for letting stay in your beautiful home!

Great Spot

We had a great time. The house is in a good area with lots of shopping and things nearby, The back pool is well screened so that you have privacy and with everything you need to just sit by the pool all day if you want. Would book again if going to the area next year.

Lovely vacation in a beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and we wanted for nothing. We had a great time away, visiting several beaches and then enjoying the pool in the afternoons. The host was communicative and the check in and out process was easy. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. We are so thankful to have found this home for our trip and it has spoiled us for future rentals! If we visit Florida again, we would choose this place again in a heartbeat. Peaceful and easy

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We've been coming to Florida with our kids the past several years and we would definitely come back here. The house was clean and the pool and backyard were perfect. It was so relaxing and beautiful.

Lovely spot. As described!

Immediately impressed with cleanliness of the home. Well equipped. We spent a lot of time in the pool which had the perfect temperature. Pool area had lots of sun and opportunities to escape in the shade. Loved there was such a variety of pool accessories like noodles, loungers etc. Huge BBQ that was immaculate. We didn’t sit inside much but the sectional and dining spaces were comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and we felt quite safe walking. We explored all streets within a few miles of the house. People were friendly and helpful if we had a question. Great location for grocery shopping. Would recommend this lovely home.

We looked at 28 houses in 4 days. On the last day of our search we were both in heaven once we entered through the front door. It's so inviting and peaceful. The location is the best in the area. We are so blessed to have found this Villa. We hope that each and everyone will treat the home with respect as if it was your own.
