Unit 8512 is a second-floor condo that offers the comforts of home and the resort amenities you crave on any vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, this unit is the perfect spot for family getaways and groups looking to enjoy the Gulf.

When you walk into this bayside gem, you will be greeted with neutral greys and a contemporary style throughout. Balancing comfort and class, the main living area has an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, along with ample seating and a flat screen, smart TV. The kitchen and dining area offer a rustic 4-person dining table and extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features cream cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous island with columns that will make you feel like you are cooking in the lap of luxury. Great Family Spot
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The night before we arrived, myvacationhaven called to say the golf cart was disabled due to bad brakes. This was the only reason we booked this particular condo. We checked in at 4 pm and went to get groceries for the week. Once we got back, the A/C was no longer working. I was able to call for help but the maintenance didn't show up till the following morning. Our first night was miserable sleeping in a hot house with 3 kids. After it was repaired, the trip turned out to be very enjoyable. The condo is very stylish and had plenty of room for our family. It's so close to the wharf that we just walked there since our cart was down! The beach is about a 5 min trip by car and it was beautiful. The sand was clean and there are plenty of drink/snack booths next to our spot. Overall, I would stay here again as long as the cart is available. We didn't even bother waiting in lines to take the trams around Sandestin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay. We loved the location of Turnberry because it is a very short ride to the pool and to Baytown. The layout of the house was great for our family of 5 and had plenty of space. Our rental did, for the most part, feel clean. It is not a pet friendly rental, but the owners must have a pet as there was a lot of pet hair on the rug and furniture as well as in the steps leading to the front door. My vacation haven was helpful when we had questions. We would recommend this rental.

Worst Trip Ever To Sandestin
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to Sandestin every year sometimes multiple times and this was the worst experience we have had. My vacation haven is definitely the worst company we have ever worked with. Let’s start with the listing. Says it is a second story unit but doesn’t tell you the only way up is stairs....not ideal when you have people with you who need an elevator that are recovering from surgery. Let’s also start with the fact that the oven and stove never worked...called as soon as we arrived and no one ever came to fix it. Called them again about it on the fourth day and they said sure we can send someone and I was like what is the point now you obviously didn’t care if it worked for us the first four days. The water pressure in the unit is basically non existent in the shower and faucets. The shower took 10-15 minutes to ever even reach lukewarm. So no hot shower for an entire week sucked. The exterior or the unit obviously hadn’t been cleaned at all because when you touched any railing or door handle your hands were covered in yellow pollen. Would never use this company again. Choose someone else to rent from.
