Inside, you’ll find a spacious, thoughtfully decorated home designed for comfort and connection. The primary suite features a king bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms offer a king bed and a queen bed, with a full hallway bathroom and plenty of storage space for everyone. The open living area includes a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and games for family fun, all with direct access to the expansive patio overlooking the golf course. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a beach day.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a KitchenAid mixer, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. IF the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Surveillance Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell and camera outside the home that record video and audio.There are no devices inside of the home.
Renter Agreement must be signed by guest. Golf cart keys will be left out for guests after liability waiver is signed and returned.
