Welcome to Beaches n Fairways, a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath golf course villa in the gated Sawgrass community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Adding to its appeal, the villa is just a ten min walk or short drive from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a golf view and is close to the Mayo Clinic.

This location is just south of Jacksonville and just north of St. Augustine, with the St. Augustine Lighthouse and the historical Fountain of Youth. There's lots of fishing, golfing, dining, shopping and nightlife if you are interested in leaving your vacation home.

Resort amenities include a community pool and lounging area. Villa amenities include central heat & air, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, a private washer and dryer, beach towels & chairs, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.

Ground level unit with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile and wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, glass-top range, and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar in the dining area with two bar stools.

The dining area has a table seating six. Adjacent to the dining room through French doors is an office with a sleeper sofa, desk, and chair with a view out to the golf course. The dining area flows into the living area, which has a sofa with end tables with lamps, a coffee table on an area rug, and a matching loveseat. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV and a wall of mirrors. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the nicely furnished lanai overlooking the golf course.

The primary bedroom with an ensuite bath has a queen-size bed on an area rug, nightstands and lamps, a corner chair, a bookcase, and a triple dresser with large flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. The bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed on an area rug, a corner chair, a four-drawer chest of drawers, and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. There is an adjacent full guest bathroom.
