Cette belle maison de plage est située directement en face d'un accès libre à la plage et offre toutes les commodités qui vous feront revenir année après année.

Certaines de ses caractéristiques comprennent une oasis de jardin clôturée avec piscine chauffée et spa, un bar en plein air très amusant avec réfrigérateur, machine à glaçons, évier, grill, une grande terrasse pour les réceptions, une douche extérieure et une chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan. Il est situé à proximité des épiceries, des magasins, des restaurants et des lieux de divertissement. Le bar-grill Margaritas Beachfront est situé juste en face de la rue.

La maison a été magnifiquement décorée avec des couleurs vives et un décor représentatif de notre île et des cultures mexicaines. Il peut accueillir confortablement 22 personnes dans des matelas moelleux et une literie confortable. Il y a deux cuisines dans cette propriété… la principale, une grande cuisine au deuxième étage et une cuisine plus petite au premier étage. Les 4 salles de bain complètes disposent toutes d'une douche, d'un sèche-cheveux et de nombreuses serviettes. Il y a une demi-salle de bain située au niveau principal.

Nous avons un bon stock de friandises sur la plage pour votre plus grand plaisir… serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacières, planches à roulettes, jouets pour le sable, chariots de plage et plusieurs vélos.

Notre maison de plage est un animal de compagnie, location de vacances en famille. Le voyageur qui réserve la réservation doit être âgé de 25 ans ou plus. Pour la semaine de relâche / la semaine sainte, tous les clients de la location doivent se conformer à une restriction réservée aux familles.

Great place.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Our family really enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to add a ladder or handrails or something to make getting in and out of the pool/hot tub easier. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

SPI did a fantastic job supporting us during our time on South Padre. The property was exactly what we were looking for for the week, and when we discovered a small issue with the AC late in the evening, they sent a handyman at 10pm to fix the issue right away. Will definitely be utilizing SPI Rentals whenever we come back to the island!

Perfect home to host our annual family getaway!

Beautiful house for our group of 15 people! This house has everything we needed for our beach stay- no need to bring anything but your food and clothes. This house has everything else you’ll need to enjoy your days by the beach and your nights by the pool. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Great property!

Our family of 17 enjoyed our week at Las Sirenas. The owner was pleasant to work with, the location was great, and the house was impeccable! They have truly thought of everything, from beach towels to bikes. If you have the opportunity to spend time in South Padre, I highly recommend this home.

Mexican Home for a Mexican Family

We had a fabulous stay at this home. Two washer/driers really made the whole trip with so many people smooth! The pool was a comfortable temperature, beds cozy, and plenty of balconies! The beach was a very quick walk. Property manager was available to handle questions very fast! Thank you, we had a fabulous time!

FANTASTIC House

South Padre Island Oasis

We had a fabulous time at this vacation rental with our sons and their families. There were 22 of us ranging in age from 3 to 65. We spent wonderful hours on the beach and in the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cool. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

28th Birthday Party

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts! The home was absolutely beautiful, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the house was plenty stocked with kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, etc. The hosts were kind and responsive as well. Our crew cannot wait to make a stay here a yearly tradition :)

Senior Trip 2023 plus a couple of moms

We had a wonderful time! There were 11 girls and 4 moms and we had plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We also had everything we needed for all of us for our days at the beach or out by the pool.

July 4th weekend

This house has everything you will need. We stayed the entire July 4th weekend. We only left the house to fish and visit the beach. Our kids had an amazing time and the house was set up for every possible situation. Thank you.

Clean and Cozy

The house is smaller than it appears in photos but it worked out fine…plenty of privacy with private bathrooms! Only complaint was climbing two flights of stairs for our elderly guests! Some spaces were tight like the entry and the kitchen for a larger group like we had but we made it work!! House was very clean and colorful!!

Amazing place for a large group vacation

Las Sirenas is a perfect vacation house. Everything you could want for cooking, comfort and fun are provided. The home is located just across the street from the beach access. You can wake up to see the Gulf of Mexico from the balconies on the third floor. Heated pool and fantastic hot tub are added bonuses. The owner, Gina, is easy to contact and quick to respond. She was even kind and thoughtful enough to offer to put up a Christmas tree for us since we were there just after the holiday. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a South Padre vacation.

Las Sirenas for the WIN!

Fantastic experience and property. Very spacious, fantastic location off the main strip by a block, directly across from beach access and the garage is loaded with goodies - bikes, floats, footballs, wagons to transport to beach, towels, shovels, chairs, etc., etc. The pool and outdoor bar and grill are simply epic and are a MUST to incorporate into your planned stay. Immediate and clear communication with the owners. Outdoor shower helps to keep the unit clean with a quick rinse of the sand when returning from the beach. Will plan to stay again if returning to SPI for sure!

Amazing! BOOK IT

From the second I saw this house I knew it’d be perfect for a friends bachelorette weekend! And it lived up to every promise and expectation. We had 22 adults stay here and we all had a bed and were very comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about towels or beach equipment as all that was provided, which was one of our favorite parts since the beach was so close! We spent hours every day out at the pool and cantina area. Gina was absolutely wonderful from the second we booked. She went above and beyond by finding us massage therapists and even a personal chef! I plan on coming back for family vacations!
