Newly renovated lakefront cottage with central AC, great covered deck with very flat lakefront and great dock for your boat on very peaceful Honeoye Lake. We also have a paved driveway for your car and located on a very quiet street with great views of the Bristol Hills. You can also book vrbo listing 472103 2 doors away for additional space(2 bedroom, 1 bath with AC and fully updated. ) one free night when booking 3 nights from 11/15-3/15. We have a 3 night minimum in July and August.

The most beautiful place!

We had a weekend with 5 ladies and it was the perfect place. We had enough room, the kitchen was well stocked, the place was super clean, the host was super helpful and we just had the best view! Our favorite was sitting out on the deck with the best view and also have a fire. You can not go wrong with this place and I hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our long weekend at the lake. The houses were a little closer than we are used to, but not a big deal. The house was clean and had just about everything you could need. The property was easy to find. Awesome stay!

Perfectly comfortable!

This is one of the nicest rentals we've had the pleasure of staying at. Very well appointed inside and out. Amenities plus in every room and a pleasant deck/covered patio area. Stephen was very attentive with quick responses to our questions. Will definitely book again!

Peaceful Getaway

We stayed at Stephen's rental while doing some work on our house in Rochester. His house on Honeoye Lake was a beautiful, peaceful way to escape the chaos of construction. The house is beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing visit to the lake. Stephen was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Interior

Highly recommend that you consider staying here. The interior is sparkling clean and very updated. The host provides everything you need and I will be staying there again. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including the K-Cups for coffee. Paper towels, cleaning products and even spices. I was impressed with all the little touches. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice house with great view of the lake. Parking in nice driveway with a short walk to the house. It is a flat yard and all one level. Nice deck that is covered from sun and rain. Nice size for 4-5 people. Good sized kitchen with table for 6. Very pleasant house and would love to go back there.

Just wonderful!

My family and I stayed in Honeoye for our daughter’s college graduation. We absolutely loved the house. Huge open floor plan in the kitchen/ living area. The owner has gone to great lengths to have pretty much everything needed to stay. Wegmans and Walmart are about 14 miles away from the home. There are places you can go out to eat or stay in and cook. We definitely recommend!

We received a lot of good emotions from this small but very cozy house, the cleaning was at the highest level in the middle of the house and around the house we saw a very beautiful sunrise and a very beautiful sunset we will be very happy to return to this house someday

A true gem

Stephen the owner was amazing to work with!! Nice, comfortable, clean, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Check in was very easy and effortless. Most of our time was spent on the patio enjoying the view. Rented a boat from trident Marina and we went fishing and tubing. Thank you Steve. Top notch!

Great lake views

Thanks to the host for being communicative, quick responses. My family and I, visited the property for a weekend getaway and relaxation. This property delivered with just what we needed. The view of the lake and surrounding hills in background will transform you from city living to true tranquility. The home itself was recently renovated and with an open concept it was easy to entertain. We would stay again but maybe at a different times as weather didn’t slow us to take full advantage of the properties many amenities.
