Honeoye Lake Front Cottage

Situé sur le côté calme ouest de Honeoye lac, à seulement sur 1. 1 miles de la ville de Honeoye, cette mise à jour 2 chambres 1. 5 salle de bain chalet est nouveau pour le programme de location. Une grande terrasse donne sur le lac et est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et faire griller le dîner. Une arrière-cour herbeuse longue de 200 pieds descend jusqu'aux 50 pieds de bord de lac privé, digue et quai. Les réservations se font du samedi au samedi en juillet et août. Les séjours plus courts sont négociables hors saison.

Le premier étage de la maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz, grille-pain, et une cafetière. Il est ouvert à la salle à manger qui peut accueillir 6 et le salon avec télévision grand écran. La chambre principale avec un lit queen et TV murale a une demi-salle de bain attenante. Un premier étage salle de bain complète avec douche contient également un lave-linge et sèche-linge. Les portes coulissantes de la zone de la chambre principale et salle à ouvrir directement à une vaste terrasse avec vue sur le lac et Bristol Hills au-delà. A l'étage, 2 lits jumeaux et d'une télévision à écran plat. Wifi gratuit. Petits animaux considérés.

Cette maison isolée est commode de Canandaigua, Naples et Geneseo avec juste un court trajet de 45 minutes à Rochester. Honeoye a un magasin plein d'épicerie, banque / ATM, Dollar Store, station d'essence, et des restaurants. Il y a un parc à l'extrémité nord du lac avec une plage et tables de pique-nique. rampe de lancement public est situé à l'extrémité SE du lac.

Such a wonderful home very clean and the view of the lake is so beautiful. The fishing was excellent and having the kayaks and the dock was a very good amenity. Very cute little town nice and quiet area even the neighbors are super nice.

Nice home on the lake

We had a good experience while staying at this rental for a few days on our trip to the finger, lakes, and Niagara Falls. We’ll stay at this place again if ever in the area.

Nice stay in the Finger Lakes

We enjoyed the lakefront property. Kayaks provided! The cottage was our base for exploring the area. Found several waterfalls and fun lunch places in the area. The decor in the cottage is a bit dated, but it provided everything we needed at a good price. We were very pleased.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable property. Steep walk to and from dock, but not unmanageable for me. Nearby to park and nature trail. Town and amenities also close by. Quiet and restful stay.

Comfortable lake cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay at Cooks Nok. It was very clean and comfortable. Great location to the the many different Finger Lake wineries and small towns. Just know it is a steep path down to the lake.

Lovely cottage. Everything was clean and comfortable and loved the little decorative touches. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and the view. Very peaceful until neighbors moved in next door on Thursday and were very loud with a barking dog. (Not the hosts fault). I wished I had brought camp chairs though to sit down by the lake.

Great booking!

We had a fantastic time at Cook’s Nook! Everything was very clean and organized upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The hill down to the lake was a bit steep going back up and might be a challenge for someone with any type of knee or back issues. Had fun catching some fish off the dock. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Rainy Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Cook's Nook! The weather wasn't the best but we made the most of our trip. The house was great for the two of us and our dog, everything was as described and was perfect for our needs. We made breakfast every morning in the house and we spent the days exploring the region. The location of the house was nice as we were under an hour from everywhere we wanted to check out. We definitely recommend staying here and will try to be back ourselves soon!

Beautiful, peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Nook! It was a nice getaway for our family of 3 plus 2 dogs. The house was clean & comfortable. Enjoyed making supper on the grill, eating on the back deck looking at the lake. My daughter & I enjoyed using the kayaks! I will say the hill to the lake is a nice, challenging climb on the way back up - but worth it for the lake views at the dock!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your cottage!

Honeoye Weekend Escape

Very cute lake. Location was perfect. Lake is a little shallow so we didn’t bring jetskis but rented pontoon boat. There is only one marina but prices are reasonable and owner was soooo nice. This cottage was very nice. We deeply appreciate the hospitality of the owners of the cottage and the little nook!!! Be aware that the porch light attracts bugs if you go out for dinner.

Home was lovely, better than pics! Deck is fabulous, great view from house/deck/bedroom. Reminder that the upstairs bedroom (two twins) doesn’t have a door to the stairs so sound from the LR travels.The walk to the water is steep but not as bad as feared. You will want water shoes if you’re getting in the lake (which you should do, you just need to get a bit away from shore to get away from the weeds - consider renting a boat from Trident Marine). Kitchen is well equipped. Owners are very nice and responsive.Would stay again!!

The Cooks have everything you need. On this trip we forgot our spices for cooking, but this location has it all. They even provided Rosemary for one of my recipes! I also needed a zip-tie to repair a chair on my kayak, and they had that too. I genuinely love this place.

The cottage is very clean. The weather was cold a few days but we still managed to Kayak on Csnadice lake. We are laid back and just like to walk and relax. If you want to swim, rent a pontoon because there is often algae in shore snd you have to go to the middle to swim. Or get a small eubber boat so you can get further out . There are a few pizza places and 2 restsurants. Other places to visit are within a half hour. I love Naples. Hammondsport and Honeyeo falls. Judy and Don are wonderful hosts.
