Magnifique maison de 5 chambres sur Conesus Lake. Belle vue sur le côté de coucher de soleil sur le lac avec des brises de l'après-midi. Regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse extérieure. Mises à jour sont continuelles dans toute la maison. Salle de bain principale est totalement remodelé.
Chaque chambre a un thème, classique, sud-ouest, osier blanc, sports, poissons. Cette maison est mis en place pour votre plaisir de vacances. Quai, plateforme de bain, pédalo, 3 kayaks, gilets de sauvetage. Apportez vos propres pôles de pêche pour la pêche. Une table de baby-foot est à l'intérieur pour garder les enfants occupés sur un jour de pluie.

Si vous avez des enfants, centre de divertissement Minnehans est une promenade de 10 minutes de distance avec un restaurant, des karts, des cages de frappeurs, et mini-golf. Un cinéma drive-in local est à seulement 15 minutes.

Pour manger, il y a le crochet et la cuillère et le Beachcomber sur le lac, puis le restaurant Ember à Livonia avec une excellente nourriture à la ferme. Profitez d'une journée de dégustation de vins dans les lacs Finger et profitez d'un dîner frais au bord du lac ou local après.

The view was spectacular! The house had everything we needed and more! So many towels, games & everything in the kitchen. The sitting and dining areas were great- there was more than enough room for everyone!

Everything about Tim's lake house was perfect. Location, parking, views, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, updated bathroom, wifi, firepit, deck, etc. Great place for 4-6 adults and/or a couple of families. Very reasonable nightly rate. Definitely will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Wonderful lake view. Enjoyed the fire pit on our last night. Restaurant recommendations and gift certificates left for them were great! We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Little Lake Brewery (twice!). There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the house. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s property. The house was perfect for our needs and the lake was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and well appointed would definitely rent again.

Everything was great! The place was clean and welcoming! Just one small suggestion: we didn’t mind doing the extra bit of cleaning, but dong it all before 10 is a bit early. Maybe change the checkout time to at least 11? 5 bedrooms with sheets and all towels washed and dried takes some time.Other than that we had the best time! We wanted for nothing!! The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The fireplace, paddle boat and kayaks were a nice touch to the fun activities of the lake too. We were confused when we found the clean bed sheets folded over the comforters of the beds for us to set them up when we first arrived but it is probably a habit for VRBO. I’m used to mattresses already having sheets on before guests arrive.Nonetheless, 10/10 experience overall!

Beautiful house.

The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Loved the extras- all bathroom and beach towels, all bedding, laundry soap, dish soap, games, listing of activities and places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Loved this property in Conesus, NY

We had an amazing stay!! Upon entering the house, we had a welcome packet with gift cards to local places & a helpful guide to places to eat, hike and shop. I fished every day off the dock and we enjoyed making a fire at night for smores. Tim was extremely helpful prior to arrival with some questions & the process was easy coming & going. Great stay on Conesus Lake

We enjoyed our stay and our time at the Finger Lakes and several surrounding state parks. Tim was easy to communicate with ahead of time. Checking in and out was easy. Nice surrounding area and beautiful house on Conesus Lake. We were greeted by welcome gifts which was a nice surprise. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Highly recommend this house and Tim!

Hi, My wife and I are from nearby Rochester. We purchased this home and spent many hours working on it to make it a nice comfortable place to vacation. Every year we add a new update. We love coming to the lake house with beautiful scenery and being on the water. We want you to enjoy our house and have lasting family and friends memories.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages. There are multiple museums and antique shops nearby.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
