This home is centrally located in Cleveland and a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! 30 ish minutes to Chattanooga or the Ocoee River for white water rafting and lakes! There are a few steps up to the front porch and into the home. The first floor has an open floor plan with large living room, dining, and kitchen with all new appliances. Down the hall is a hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, queen bedroom, a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another room with 2 twin beds. Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. Off the first floor is a large screened in patio and larger deck in the back. This is a family friendly neighborhood close to many activities!

The property is beautifully decorated and a nice set up for multi- generational or a group. Beds were comfy. we had everything we needed. I loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the screened in back porch. It is very closing to a Publix, Walmart and local shopping. We were in town for a wedding and this property worked perfect for us.

We've stayed at this property before. The large open gathering spaces upstairs and down are a favorite with the kids. The location is good for us as it happens to be a couple of blocks from family in Cleveland.

We loved the house, it was perfect for our family, as we stayed there for our annual General Assembly. The only complaint I have is there was no bathroom door on the master bath. It was clean and the host is very accommodating. We hope to make this our place to stay every year.

Upscale Stay for the Family!

There were 8 ppl in my family that stayed here and we absolutely loved this house!! It was perfectly located in a quiet subdivision, but only 1 block from major exit in Cleveland with every restaurant and grocery store you could think of! We were here for our daughter’s wedding and this place was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, very spacious and great communication from host when we had a question. Would definitely rent this place again!!

Matt’s home is beautiful and centrally located to just about all of Cleveland. My family and I traveled here for a wrestling tournament at Cleveland High and this place was perfect for that- about 2 minutes from the school. The home is beautiful and Matt was an excellent host. Would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in this newly renovated property. It is perfect for 8-10 person family gathering including children. The only drawback is the property is not wheelchair accessible.. but I would definitely stay on this property again.

Highlight of our trip

We were in town for a wedding and this house was amazing! There was plenty of room, so everybody could spread out. The house is situated in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants. We couldn't have had a better experience.

What a fantastic home! We were in Cleveland for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable! It was close to anything and everything we needed, but there were plenty of little extras that made our stay really nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property!
