I have personal address everything you listed. I meant to take a photo of the cleaned oven but forgot to take one. We have been having issues finding a better than average house cleaning service. Evidently we have not succeeded. We will continue the search. I really appreciate your patience with our complicated situation!

Beds squeaked ridiculously! You could not move without them squeaking. Very annoying! Microwave tray was not clean neither was the air fryer or the coffee pot. Disappointed with the TV programming. Unfortunately couldn’t watch without a subscription. No TV instructions . Well satisfied with the home overall. Would stay again if the changes were performed.

This newly refreshed home was perfect for our stay. Importantly, it was as advertised and very clean. The practically new linens, towels and blankets, comfortable beds and pillows and nice furniture throughout made it feel like home. A quiet and well-maintained neighborhood provided a great place to relax and feel at home. We would definitely stay again.

Hello Hillary, thank you for your review! I appreciate your advising about the ice maker issue. I apologize for any inconvenience you experience with the ice maker. I inspected the refrigerator today and found that somehow the dispenser had become misaligned. It has been repaired. I would like to ask, did the ice maker dispenser work at all during your stay? I ask so I can determine if the refrigerator needs to be replaced so our future guest does not experience the same issue as you have. I hope you enjoyed your stay with us and again apologize about the issue.
