Le Kure pour tous vos ennuis.

TOUT dans cette maison est tout neuf, des comptoirs en granit étincelant, des planchers, des appareils électroménagers, des lits et de l'évier de la cuisine. Rien n'a été épargné.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Notre maison est à quelques pas des plages familiales protégées par des sauveteurs (4 minutes). Cette oasis de deux chambres et deux salles de bain offre de nombreux équipements, y compris une cuisine entiÚrement fonctionnelle avec bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Il y a la climatisation centrale et une grande terrasse.

La maison est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin ...(et tout nouveau) .. mixeur, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre, batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, verres, etc. Mon objectif est que vous apportiez vos vĂȘtements, votre maillot de bain et vos chaises de plage, rien d'autre. La maison a Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ© et un tout nouveau barbecue.

Nous avons un lecteur DVD Blue Ray, XBOX 360 avec des jeux, des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, etc. juste au cas oĂč vous voudriez faire une pause de la plage. Lorsque vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt Ă  aller Ă  la plage, il vous suffit de marcher 4 minutes sur la route et vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de Kure Beach !!
Nous avons 4 vélos et un wagon pour tirer vos affaires de plage. Garez votre voiture dans l'une de nos deux allées et vous n'en aurez plus besoin!
Nous avons une nouvelle douche extérieure fermée.
La chambre principale a un lit Queen, un lit complet et salle de bain privée. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit double, un lit simple et un lit superposé. Il y a aussi un lit double, si nécessaire. Il y a une deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte avec douche debout avec un banc

Nous louons du samedi (entrée aprÚs 15h) au samedi (départ avant 10h pour permettre le nettoyage).

De plus, si vous avez besoin d'un agent immobilier lorsque vous ĂȘtes en ville, nous vous recommandons Roy Erwin chez Intracoastal Real Estate. On peut le joindre au 910-524-6661. Roy est un gars formidable qui connaĂźt trĂšs bien la rĂ©gion et le marchĂ© du logement.

The property was exactly as described. Very spacious and well maintained. Owner was great to work with , very accommodating. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was super stocked as well as bathrooms with extra linens. The wagon was an extra bonus . Patio out back was wonderful place to drink coffee and hangout . Ready walk to beach with 2 toddlers. Perfect

This was everything i could have asked for and more. Mark was a fantastic host. The place is bigger than you would expect. Fantastic for families of all ages. I have an 8 month old and he even had a high chair for the table. There was a toy chest, a ride on toy for young children, gaming systems to play, AMPLE room for a family and the pullout couch was even comfortable to sleep on. The shower was amazing and had a built in chair which made washing up for my disabled mom a breeze. We had brought a shower chair in case but ended up not needing it. So so spacious and a wonderful stay. 10/10 I plan on visiting a few times a year now.

The Best Place To Stay

This place has it all! They have all you could need or want. It's also in a great location. The check in/ out process was very easy. It's beyond clean! When you walk in it looks like something from a magazine. This is 2 years in a row we have stayed and will we make it 3 next year! Mark our host is super nice gentleman who was very prompt in returning messages or answering any questions I had.

This space is clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located. My family of 5 had a great time. We found the living room especially to be comfortable, and I had an easy time cooking several meals in the large kitchen. The LR and patio furniture have been updated, and the home is actually nicer than the pics. The owners were easy and communicative, even while they were traveling. The beach is close enough that my husband and I went every morning to watch the sun rise.

Nice place, convenient - could be absolutely perfect with a few tweaks.

The property was very nice, clean, with a very convenient location to everything. However, if you are a light sleeper, this might NOT be your best bet. The people upstairs were stompers and at times it literally sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. They were also early risers, so the thoughts of "sleeping in" on our vacation were busted. Just a couple of tweaks that could improve it would be some new pillows, the ones there were flat and worn out, a few matching sets of bath towels/clothes and kitchen towels and mitts would be nice and some table lamps! In the living area, a lamp on the table in the corner would have been great, we never did figure out how to turn the ceiling light and fan on in the living room and there were no directions! A table lamp in the bunk bed room would have been wonderful. The only lighting in the bunk room was the overhead, and it's very inconvenient to have to get out of bed to turn the light off if you're a reader. We actually bought a cheap one at Dollar General to read in bed and brought it home. We also replaced a few light bulbs in the master bathroom, didn't want to bother the owners as they were out of the country. With these few tweaks, it could be a perfect retreat, thank you.

Family beach vacation

Property is an easy walk to the beach and had a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were clean but the rest of the property was dusty and dirty and needed a good cleaning. The owner communicated well!

Fishing trip

The house and amenities were impressive. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable visit. The finishes in the kitchen and bathroom were high end with quality sheets and towels. I can’t wait to visit again next year.

Weekend fishing trip

House was in walking distance to multiple restaurants and to Beach. House was in good shape and well taken care of. Host was pleasant and reached out to me through text message letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice property, clean, very close to the beach. Safe neighborhood, close to the pier for fishing. The host/owner was very helpful. They had extra stuff to use while we stayed, such as a small pull behind cart, toys for the small ones. I will definitely take my family back again in the future.

Best Place Ever!

This was the best stay ever! The house was phenomenal.. it was so clean you could literally eat off the floor. Fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. The host was absolutely great! He was so nice and made us feel right at home. We will definitely book with him again! This house will be our " vacation home😊
