Waterfront Home - Dolphin Cove

Our home is located on a private acre of property with Banana River waterfront access. The yard includes plenty of space for lawn games, launching kayaks, canoes or paddle boards, grilling on the back patio (partially screened-in), or fishing and sunset viewing off the dock. Dolphins are often spotted in the cove! Inside the home is fully furnished with an open-concept living space, oversized bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. One walk-in shower is available in the primary bedroom, second bath has a tub/shower. Guests may utilize entire home including washer and dryer.

We had a family wedding to attend on Merritt Island and found our stay here so convenient. Looking at the waterfront was beautiful, plenty of room to relax and sleep. Our host Kathy was especially helpful and everything made for a wonderful reunion/wedding weekend.

Great location, lots of room

We loved staying here. Waking up every morning to the water and the dock was amazing. There was plenty of room for our family to enjoy the week in Florida. We cooked several meals. The beds were comfortable. We saw two rocket launches from the dock.

Beautiful relaxing home , did some fishing of the dock the weather was beautiful fell asleep listening to the waves and water while getting a little sun( well a lot lol) everything you ever need is the home great lil restaurant on the water very close to home . I highly recommend this home for a relaxating vacation . We will definitely stay again !!

Christmas 2024

A wonderful few days spent at Dolphin Cove. A very homely property with everything you need to make the stay perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the waterfront and all the wildlife and the beautiful sunsets. Some wonderful memories have been made. Kathy was an amazing host.

Sibling reunion

This house worked perfectly for the reunion of our siblings and spouses. When we invited local friends and family for the day, we had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The beautiful sunsets and rocket launch were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Cove!

We can’t wait to go back!

The property was absolutely perfect! There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone! Everything we needed was already there and available for us to use! The canoe and kayaks were a lot of fun! We even caught a couple fish from the dock! The sunsets were absolutely stunning right from the backyard! From booking to any questions we had Kathy was quick to respond! We can’t wait to go back and plan on it next summer-as soon as dates come available!

Florida Vacation

This house at the cove on Merritt is everything and more than we expected 5 to 6 people with plenty of room to spare. Access to canoe and kayak right in the backyard with a doc. Highly recommend this place location is 10 minutes from Ocean. Lots of familiar and local restaurants. Only a half hr from Kennedy Space Center and 50 minutes to Orlando Airport. If you had any questions communicating with the house was super easy as she responded almost immediately. The price is wonderful especially if you splitting the cost amongst your guest.

Memories

We can’t even begin to tell you what an amazing stay we had. It was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room. Access to Walgreens- Walmart- restaurants- were less than 10 minutes. The pier was our favorite part :) We spent hours on hours especially with access to the kayak, canoe and pedal boat. Loved the fact that there were plenty of life jackets. Actually everything that we needed was at our disposal. We can’t wait to come back :)

Weekend Recharge

Really enjoyed our stay--beautiful, clean, safe, quiet and cozy house. Favorite room was the dock! Enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinner and wine in the evening with great views and sunsets. Only complaint is that there were no fish biting or taking the bait. Could you stock the river prior to us arriving next time? LOL 😆

Perfect For Families

We are a family ranging from 7 mo to 62. This home was absolutely perfect. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together comfortably and the sleeping arrangements are perfect. The one bedroom with the two twin beds was perfect with kids. The home has everything you could possibly need except for you food. Especially for kids! There are tons of toys, high chairs package n play, etc. such a nice surprise since we had younger kids. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock. Home is very clean and the beds a super comfy. Host is very accommodating and quick to answer with any questions you may have Highly recommend this home and if we ever make it back to the area would not hesitate to stay again.

Nice properly

The house is truly amazing. The house has a lot of space and is located in a very nice neighborhood. I didn't like that there's was not enough towers. Also we were under the impression that we that each couple was going to get their own room and that was not the case. The backyard and back porch need some love and care. Mosquitoes and flies are definitely a problem. Overall we enjoyed the house.
