We all loved this house! The beds were super comfy, beach was about a half block away, awesome size kitchen and super clean. The elevator made the upper floors very happy and we loved how we could use the beach chairs and umbrellas for the day. I would for sure book again

The location is perfect for NASA launch viewing. The house was huge, clean and well appointed with beach stuff. The beach is only a short walk away. Perfect house and location!

Overall this property meet our needs. It had the room we needed and was clean. It was great to be able just to walk out the door and walk about 50 yards to get to the beach. It was close to shopping and to the freeway. It was cool to see the launches and cruise ships

Our family of of 11 stayed here very comfortably. It was a perfect location to the beach and had great amenities for the whole family. Absolutely wonderful stay at a wonderful place.

Friend and family shirt stay

We stayed here for the weekend prior to jumping in a Disney cruise. We also visited the Kennedy space center. Super close to the beach and short drive to everything we wanted. Very spacious and comfortable stay for our group. Highly recommend to all. We even got to watch ships daily and saw a rocket launch.

Fantastic! Barbie Condo House

My friends and I who stayed have nicknamed the property Barbie Cocoa Beach Condo. It was cute, so spacious and great for our group. We had fun exploring and seeing what was behind all the various doors. The elevator was a nice surprise for those of us on the top floor. We will totally stay here again if we are in the area.

Simply the best!

This property was AMAZING and perfect for our large family. We stayed for one night before a cruise, but we all agreed that we want to go back for an extended stay! From the moment we walked through the door, I was struck by how impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed the space was.The living area was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you'd need for a relaxing stay—smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a great kitchen. The bedrooms were equally impressive, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The master bathroom had a spa-like feel with a large shower and bathtub and there was even a washer and dryer, available for use. The kids and dads had a great time playing pool and video games together in the game room. Possibly the best part was having the ability to move our suitcases in and out with an elevator!!The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating during our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This townhome was even better than the listing describes, which is rare. The beach access is fantastic, just steps away and easy to get to. We even got to watch a rocket launch right from the beach, which was an unforgettable experience and exactly what you hope for in Cape Canaveral.The space is roomy and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out, and the elevator is a really nice touch that made hauling bags and beach gear effortless. Every bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony made it easy to travel with a group without anyone feeling crowded.The game room was awesome and a huge hit with everyone. It gave us a great place to unwind and have fun after a day at the beach. And a special thanks for the surfboard, it was a fun bonus that made the trip even more memorable.One small heads up: the property doesn’t provide beach towels, so bring your own. That’s the only thing worth mentioning, and it’s an easy fix.Stephanie was a great host and clearly takes care of her guests. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around.
