Beautifully renovated three bedroom house on a quiet street in margate. The front porch is perfection for sipping cocktails under your ceiling fan... Large open concept living area which leads right in to the dining and kitchen area. Large sectional opens in to a double sized bed. Dining table is big enough for large gatherings plus more barstools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you could need from the oven to the air fryer, to the coffee maker, to an espresso maker. Fully stocked for day to day living. The laundry room is off the kitchen and leads out to the back deck. The back den has yet another sectional that converts to a double bed a large 80 inch TV and sliders that open out to the back deck. A half bathroom can be found tucked off the den as well. Upstairs you will find a full refreshed bathroom shower tub combination. The first bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a large closet and dresser for your clothes. The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a very large closet and more dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, plenty of closet storage for your clothes, and a gorgeous full bathroom with huge walk in shower. The back deck is made of composite materials, so no worries about splinters. Large umbrella offers plenty of shade, table for dining and a large sectional. The outdoor shower is large and has a changing area inside of it. We have grills, bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach carts and more.... This home is located next to an elementary school - and its playground, and is a straight walk down to Granville beach. the library and public restrooms are right at the base of this entrance point. Walkable to Casals, hot bagels and more - We absolutely love this location for the serenity and relaxing feel. Beach chairs beach cart beach tags, beach towels, bedding, all provided in the listing.
