Amazing Accommodations

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a week long stay. The beach is very close and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was in great condition and very comfortable. The view was amazing! Great water pressure luxurious towels and plenty of hot water. Also it was fairly sound proof. Great vacation accommodations!

Our stay was incredible! The apartment was super clean—like new! The location is perfect, very convenient to everything. I loved how easy and fast the check-in and check-out process was. The only thing I would change is the check-out time, as it’s at 10 a.m., which feels a bit early; it would be great if it were later for added comfort. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Wonderful location

Fantastic family get-away experience!

This property was everything we could have wanted and more! The pictures were spot on and the decor was very tasteful and comfortable. The best part was having our fur babies along on our vacation!

Everything was excellent. Check-in was smooth, the condo was very nice and clean, even considering its proximity to the beach. Beach/bag chairs, wagon and beach toys helped make our trips to the beach much easier and enjoyable.

A little slice of heaven on SPI

Beautiful, clean and spacious! This place is so inviting when you walk in. The condo is well taken care of and has an incredible ocean view. The outside patio has plenty of space to relax and the whole complex is well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

SPI 2022

This property was awesome for our group. Easy check in and out. Well stocked kitchen and even extras like towels and sunscreen for guest use. The washer and dryer was a big plus for us especially with our group having children. They have a closet full of beach gear for your use also.

Thanksgiving get away

Everything in the condo was great except the floors were dirty. I know that it’s at the beach and it’s hard to keep clean but I would expect that it would have been swept and or vacuumed before we arrived.

Beautiful and relaxing

The condo was gorgeous compared to others we have stayed at. Beautiful and comfortable furniture, large open concept. Had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, pool noodles. View and breeze on balcony was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Felt very safe with security gates and attendant at entrance. Very smooth making reservations. Check in and check out was the easiest we have ever done. Thank you Rod and Rosa for promptly responding all of my inquiries so quickly.

Great stay!

We had 2 families with dogs stay at this condo and it really worked out well for us. First, the condo is way bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were set up nicely, furniture was comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The only thing I would change is if the owner would have provided more garbage bags and washer and dishwasher pods. For our group of 7, it wasn’t enough and we had to go out and buy them. Other than that, everything else was great. Don’t hesitate to book this unit!!

Awesome Stay!!

This place is just as pictured and even better in person! The place was fresh and clean smelling as soon as we walked in the door. Everything worked and functioned properly. The placed was recently renovated so it felt new. Appliances and furniture all new and nice. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back to stay again.
