This condo was great! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect with a beachfront view from the balcony. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained, with a great view from both the balcony and from the living area. The unit contained all we needed for our stay. Easy check-in and checkout process with secure parking area in the building garage.Kay (host) was also very responsive before our stay and prompt response the one time we had a query while there.Great experience!

Great location, very clean, great balcony and mostly well stocked. The pool was a disappointment and the building is a little run down, but overall great place to stay.

Perfect Location

The unit was just what my family and were looking for the ocean view was spectacular, especially in the morning, the bed rooms very comfortable the kitchen,Living Room dining room area was very spacious, as I said before about the view well the balcony has so much room we all could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view or just read a book or whatever.h

Great stay! Everything was so convenient and lovely. The only thing we were missing was an extra set of sheets for the couch bed. Otherwise, it was a perfect beach visit!

Awesome location on the beach perfect for our family of three! Could not tell the condo had been occupied by previous pet guests. Could even see Clayton’s Bar & Grill fireworks from balcony. Only slight inconvenience, which I know was out of host’s control, was that one of the two elevators were broken during the busy holiday weekend. Loved the provided beach chairs and extras throughout condo like toiletries and tumblers for drinks. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Just as advertised and the beach front was perfect!

Overall, property was exactly as it was advertised, location was easy to get to, and the beach was steps away. Not that we were going to use the pool, but it was closed for the 5 days we were there, with no real explanation. The place was roomy, clean with plenty of linens, and the beds were comfy. All in all a great stay and we will go back again.

Great beach condo

Great little condo right on the beach. Wonderful balcony with table and chairs and very comfy lounge chairs. We were so grateful for the wheelie cooler and beach chairs (was great not to bring these from home).

I’d book it again

The apartment is renovated, spacious, and functional. The building is a little bit old with the pool and maintenance requiring some attention, but the location is great, views, and access to the beach. The owner responds right away; easy instructions, and check-in/out process and staff easygoing.

Beautiful Getaway at Inverness

My wife and I booked this trip just for a weekend getaway. Check-in process was very easy. Kay was very communicative and able to answer all of my questions. The room was very clean. The balcony view of the ocean is spectacular! The provided beach wagon and beach chairs made spending the day at the beach a breeze. It very close to both a few local restaurants and convenience stores. 10/10 would book here for your vacation getaway.

We enjoyed the view and the condo was really cute but there are no locks on the bedroom doors. The pool was closed for repairs before we arrived and throughout our stay and we weren’t notified prior to arrival. That was quite disappointing. Even while at the beach we love being pool side, especially when it’s a beach front pool. That was a big part of why we selected the unit/listing. The jacuzzi is for adults only and we have children. Otherwise, we made the best of it and had a good time.

WONDERFUL STAY!

Let me start with how Miss Kay is the hostess with the mostest!!! We had everything we needed here at this beautiful condo! Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap, q-tips, sunblock and more! There is a big beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler on wheels which made it so easy. The balcony is AMAZING and the beat views! The condo was so clean and comfy. My granddaughter enjoyed the Ruku TV and loved camping out on the couch. I absolutely loved the water pressure in the shower. It literally took off my waterproof mascara LOL. My only one issue was there was not a bathtub drain stopper so I could give my granddaughter a bubble bath but we made it work. We did leave some beach toys, beach bag and a small cooler bag behind for the next guests to enjoy. We will be back next year!

Very satisfied

Very nice condo. Both bedrooms are about the same size. The en suite bath has tub/shower combo. Shower would be low for taller people but the other bathroom has stand-alone shower that should be fine for most tall people. Condo has lots of supplies. Kleenex was not supplied, but had lots of TP and paper towels. Bathroom had one light out but the other three gave sufficient light that I could see well. One bedroom had a light that flickered (probably needs changed, but had other lighting that worked for our short stay. Beds were comfortable. Living areas were nice and spacious enough for the two of us. One of the nicer beach condos we’ve encountered. We would return.

Excellent stay at the beach

We spent the weekend here with my wife and daughter during spring break, and it was a great experience!The third floor had both an adult pool and a kid’s pool. While nothing overly fancy, it was a nice spot to relax and cool off after a day at the beach. There were also outdoor showers to rinse off sand as you walk back from the beach.The parking garage and condo grounds were well-lit, which was reassuring. There’s a dog park next door, which was a nice bonus for our pets. Check-in was a breeze and available until late. The parking was super convenient, just steps from the elevator.There were two private, locked beach access points: one near the side, perfect for pulling a wagon of supplies, and another in the middle for quicker access. The outdoor furniture was not only comfortable but also creatively designed.The condo had everything we needed, from beach chairs and a cooler to drink cups and towels. We appreciated the televisions in every room and the extra space for our dog’s kennel. The trash drop-off was right on our floor, and the dishwasher was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and the linens, including the blankets, were all fresh and clean.Being on the seventh floor, the view of the ocean was incredible. Checkout was simple, and the owner even personally checked to ensure we had all the check-in info and that everything went smoothly.Overall, it was a fantastic trip—nothing beats watching little kids running around chasing crabs! Thanks for a memo
