The Bonsai Bungalow is a home just outside of downtown Denver focused on bringing together groups who stay there through a quality space, good conversation, and all Denver has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 King bed, 1 Queen, a bunk bed, and a large comfortable couch for one person.
Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the master bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You`ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You`ll find two walk-in showers. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.
☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and dining areas.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 8 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with a large couch, board games, and many big windows letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The house has a fenced-in patio for your use 4 outdoor chairs, a hammock, and a brand new grill. Light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO weather! There is parking on the street for up to 1 and potentially 2 vehicles. Please park in front of the house; not in front of the neighbors homes. Our neighbors like to park in front of their own homes. Thank you!
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner`s closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This house is conveniently located and sufficiently supplied with all our family needed. The bedding and linens were comfortable. The backyard was a nice amenity. It was nice to have an upstairs and downstairs gathering area for privacy. This house is very clean and comfortable.

Great home in a great neighborhood
Comfortable home in perfect in-town Denver neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, enough space and comfort for 6 adults and 2 small children. Nice hot tub. Just a few short blocks to Washington Park. The home was spotless.

Beautiful cozy home
We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect size for our family of 5. Comfy couch and tv for football games and nice dining table for games and meals. Easy free street parking in front of home, with several stairs to enter. Nice quiet neighborhood. Loved it!

Great Property with Excellent Location
The property is in an excellent location, just a short 2 block walk to Washington Park. Pearl St which offers many dining, shopping and entertainment options is less than a 15 minute walk. The bungalow is well equipped with everything that you need for stay, whether a couple of days or something more long term. It is very comfortable with 3 spacious bedrooms and a large entertainment/family room on the downstairs level. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Denver.

All excellent!. (Suggest more heat and better light in basement. Upstairs heat fine.) Another suggestion, in instructions, make clear that the entry door lock keypad is on main door behind storm door. Previous people left the code on two 2 real estate keyboxes mistaking where to put in code to get in.
